For a “fast food” restaurant it takes an incredibly long time to get anything. Don’t go here if you’re needing a quick meal on the go. By far takes the longest out of all the sonics I’ve been to in Norman.

Spend $20 on a mobile food order, request 1 package of condiment that they didn’t put in the bag but was ordered in the mobile app and they want to charge me 11 cents and give me a hard time. Such a silly reason to lose a customer.

90% ice 10% drink was done with it in 2 seconds this place is not efficient at all when it comes to drinks also asked for no ice I received ice didn’t have time to sit there. Exactly why I get no ice from there Because they don’t know how to put the right amount every single time

Not their top crew this evening. Mozz sticks were reheated and tough. They are charging for sauces so watch out. And asked a few times for extra sausage in the toaster sandwich and it was ignored, then the carhop said it was already made and paid for soo.... No offer to fix. I even offered when ordering to pay for the extra cost. Since you're asked to tip up front I'll no longer be doing that and will reserve tip for actual quality food and service.

I had a strawberry banana shake. It was mediocre. There were some unblended strawberries at the bottom and was lacking some overall strawberry flavor. The bananas overpowered the shake.

Unfortunately, the past couple of times I have been there, my drink has been wrong, or cherry and vanilla were added to the wrong drink ordered. I think you were short handed, but it's getting disappointing not getting the drink I ordered more than once.

9 in the morning the grease should be new. You can taste when grease is old yall and the tots look old. This is the closest sonic to me and I love them but yall can't do this.

Recently been on a sonic kick, usual sonic food is trash quality due to poor staff choices, this sonic IS AN EXCEPTION. as somone who never leaves reviews i feel credit is due where its due, staff is chill on on the level, the food actually taste how i imagine sonic executives aim for. For now this will be my favorite somic location and i can even say sonic has earned its spot on my top 5 list. However other locations will still be off the menu till they stop hiring incompetence.
