The food here has typically been great. Like they don't mess up a lot
But the manager tried to gaslight me about my order. I ordered a large frito chili and got a medium - she told me that's the only size they come in, even though I spent several more dollars on a large through the app. She said it was a large in a small container. she was lying to my face.
I go to literally any other location and get a large, and I get what I ordered. I've ordered a large at this location before. It's just really weird that the manager thought that was just okay? were they out of large containers? like literally do anything besides lie lol

this sonic is always top tier but i really have to brag on melanie. she’s been the one to bring me my order many times and she’s always so sweet and caring and ready to make good conversation. such a sweet lady and 10/10 would talk with her again

2:30pm placed order large mozzarella sticks Diet Coke, cheese sticks were nasty,most likely from being under heat lamp since lunch. I even commented wow that was fast. Guess I should’ve tried one before I left, because their phone is dead.
Won’t be back,they knew pawning these off was wrong. $2.50 tip wasted lol

this is my normal go-to for drinks. i add a double dash to most orders to get either a root beer or cherry vanilla coke because their syrup is always at a good ratio and their drinks are always crisp and delicious. however the last several weeks, every time i get a drink they all have smelled and tasted like hamburger grease. i can't figure out if it's in the cup, soda fountain or the ice. i've kept ordering in hopes it would be resolved, and i can understand how this could happen in the very small kitchen of a sonic restaurant with hundreds of hamburger patties cooked in a day. i cook ONE hamburger at home and my house smells like it the rest of the day. but unfortunately i've found this taste in my fountain drink very off-putting and won't be ordering from this location anymore, as the other sonic locations i've ordered drinks from recently have not had this problem. i tried calling the restaurant to make them aware of this issue and got a recording saying no one was available to speak to me, so if any employees are reading this please consider moving your cups or ice machine or whatever is causing this problem further away from your grill.
I’d like to open this with I’ve gone to this Sonic for years.
This is the second time recently that I’ve ordered from here and the food has been the worst I’ve ever had, burger was EXTREMELY soggy. Had to throw the fries out because they were so stale. I used to love this Sonic, what happened?

This is the WORST sonic I’ve ever been to and I love Sonic. It’s like they make it their mission to give you the opposite of what you order and when you attempt to correct it they ignore you or you can’t even attempt to correct it because they are rude/dismissive. If I ask for extra ice and specify that’s what I want they give me NO ice. Why? Not to mention the app never works. Please do better. I just want what I ordered and friendlier service, please.

Trish is the manager. She made a big ole deal about giving me the cherries that they did not even put in my kid's drinks. Sonic has started not putting cherries in most the drinks so now we ask for them when we order. The girl with heavy bat eyeliner ne drive thru said she put them in there, she made them herself. We got to our destination and guess what... no cherries!! It's bad enough everything is high priced but now you don't even get a cherry with a cherry limeade. We went back for our cherries and it went all the way up to the manager, Trish! They asked for my receipt, the Sonic cups in my lap weren't enough. She told me to open my cup and tossed a couple of cherries in there. So ridiculous!!!! Thanks Trish!! For us, eating out is rare and we enjoy the full experience without you being rude.

Nice job! Took awhile for my order to come which is understandable. Ordered a single patty (not double) on the Sonic app, which is also fine sure. No sauce with my other entree? Seriously? With all that time you took to prepare you didn’t even provide the dipping sauce that’s supposed to be included with the entree?
