Dang electronics on screen to pay never works. Keep pushing buttons. Nothing happens. This is after card was approved then it says go back then if the screen is in the sun, you can forget about it working. Dang entire parking lot needs to be smoothed out and resurfaced. Enter an exit on the west side is narrow by about 2 feet in width. This location is in need of a dramatic overhaul.

I got the chicken tenders though they were not actually tender. Ordered on the app I live 5 minutes away got the bag (no sauce... AGAIN) and they were cold and chewy by the time I got them home. Halfway through the first one I opted to let my dog finish them she had no complaints! They were half price so fair enough and I dare not return them since anytime you mention an issue with the app 'oh that is a third party we can't help you' is the response. Interesting choice for a place that so heavily relies on app sales but hey its their choice to provide good customer service...or do what they currently do

They took forever and then were trying to be a smart Aleck to another person by standing at their window while they weren’t paying attention instead of just getting the persons (who waited a long time) attention and giving it to them. Rather than playing trivial games to be annoying with people they should do their job.

Multiple times coming around 12:30pm and wait up to 15 minutes before someone takes my order of (2 drinks).this time it took 32 minutes to receive them..entire lunch break gone waiting on 2 drinks.

So you guys close at 11? Is there a reason why no one is answering at 10? I get maybe 10:45 doing that kind of stuff. Went to the one on Lindsey after being ignored and was actually helped had to leave a review because with that kind of shenanigans you shouldn’t have a higher review score on google then them.
