This location has always had its problems so I thought I would give them another chance. All I ordered was a large cherry limeade that took over 10 minutes to get. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my change. Our carhop Natalie needs some customer service training!

This was absolutely a terrible experience. I ordered a 10:45pm, they close at midnight so I thought it was still reasonable to order. I ordered a red velvet batter shake. I get there and every stall was full and not a worker in sight. I had to circle around a few times waiting for someone to give up. I would have just left but I mobile ordered it and there’s no refunds or cancelling orders on the app. An hour goes by and no one got their orders so I followed some girls who went to the door and asked for the order. I eventually got it at 11:50pm. Crazy. Not worth it. Shake was also liquid, or maybe not even made properly. All I wanted was a little sweet treat.

I have lived in norman for the last two years. I have always came to this sonic because of the location. Every time without fail I wait over twenty minutes for cheese sticks and a drink. I know, if the service is bad go somewhere else. I just hate driving far for the other ones. I don’t know how this place could fix the service but it’s ridiculous that I place an order on the app ahead and have to wait over thirty minutes to get it.

Been to this sonic multiple times. Every time they mess something up. I gave up on ordering breakfast burritos because there’s never sausage in them. The last time I went I put in a mobile order. The carhop handed me just my drinks and walked away and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes just to get my food when I had already been waiting 30 minutes prior.

I’ve been to a lot of sonics here in Norman, and they are so stingy with their strawberries and lime!! I went and got my strawberry and lime water this morning from the one on Chautauqua and let me just say they nailed it!!! My water was perfect. The Limes and strawberries was on point just how I like it

I would give this location negative stars. NOT BECAUS OF WORKERS OR FOOD They HAVE TO hire more people. Every time I go all of the stalls are taken and they stopped the drive-through so nobody can order the drive-through and half of the other stalls that should have the drive up orders are now made for Mobile orders that don’t even allow you to be taken because they turn those off. Extremely frustrating- this is a fast food place, there should NOT be so spots for mobile ordering especially because places can shut it off.
Took a hour to get me 2 grilled cheese and a burger and still got the order wrong when it was a moblie order,

This place is pretty terrible. I went there once in the morning and had a good experience - every other time I've gone its been later, and they've always messed something up.
Order a large fry? Get a medium fry in a large cup. Order a blast? The toppings are only on the top, the bottom half is just vanilla soft serve, and it's only 3 quarters filled. Order a burger? it's thrown in the bag sideways, and when you open the box the burger is more lopsided than the service. Ya'll are charging chic-fil-a prices but can't even give mcdonalds quality ? even when im the only person in the parking lot, there's no rush, something is wrong with the order.
