This place is awful!!!! Never no napkins they are rude always outside somking weed... they would have no customers and it takes forever to get your cold food. Ugh I'm over this sonic and the people they have working here. And it's DIRTY OUTSIDE TRASH

This Sonic blocks off stales for online only when no other Sonic does that. I have the app and use it occasionally. Customer chooses the number when they arrive and can use any stale. So no need in online only stales.

I don’t think they know the difference between lemons and limes. I have ordered lemons in my drink 4 different times and they put limes in instead.

Drive-thru had a cone blocking the ordering screen. Ordering spot #1 is a painted Handicap spot. It is the only one. I qualify to use the handicap spot. When I went to order, the male voice told me to order via the app or QR Code at the stall. Being this is a handicap spot, normal people who use it are breaking the law. They could receive a ticket if someone complains & calls the police. The store either needs to move the online order spot or move the handicap spot. Stop breaking the law to suit your needs of the store.

Rude! Phil was Rude taking orders. Only 4 stalls open for normal orders which are full. 5 stalls for mobile orders only. Drive thru closed. They are not wanting business.

I went to sonic Norman ok 24th ave 08-10-2023 at about 6:20 pm to order a hot dog and tots for my grand daughter and slush after pushing the button and waiting 10 minutes for someone to finally come to the intercom I started to order and the young lady informed me at this time we are not taking orders and i said what? she said we are not taking orders at this time because we have too many orders, I am confused so when you have too many orders you just stop taking orders. No that is horrible customer service, its bad enough having to wait 10 min for someone to even come to the intercom, Sonic is so suppose to be fast food service. extremely upset long time customer. Tracie W do not go to this location in Norman if they are busy, you want be able to order

Worst shake I’ve ever had. Was like a nice warm glass of sugar milk with half an Oreo sprinkled on top. If I wasn’t in a rush I would’ve gotten my 5 dollars back.

Slow for no reason. Take forever. Bad service. Long wait time. Staff full of liars. Overall don't recommend. Never have onion rings. Messy Hot Dog. No straw. Good golly pick another restaurant.
