We tend to come here on Wednesdays after church, and I don't think that there has been one time ever that we have ever gotten our order right. We placed the order through the app. We get it in this stall delivered to us. Then we have to drive back through the drive through because they missed part of our order today. It was cheddar peppers, last time, it was cheddar peppers the time before that, it was one of our sandwiches. The time before that, it was a tater todds, it just seems that this sonic is definitely not on the ball with how to complete orders in the proper manner when the customer places them and they don't care to do anything to help the customer for their inconvenience. I definitely will be looking at other restaurants in the area to go to after church on wednesday, nights from now on. This has happened several weeks months years since i've lived out here and it doesn't seem to be ever changing

Waiting in bay 16 for over 10 minutes, then drive thru for over 10 minutes along with several other vehicles. Finally realized they were closed. There were no closer signs, it was 330pm on a Friday. At least throw a closed sign up so people aren’t waiting for a car hop. Won’t be coming back here.

I asked for a number 3 burger with mustard no mayo. What I got!?... Was a very flattened burger tons of mustard patty and cheese for over $5 ?!! No lettuce, tomato or pickle !!! NOT WORTH - DRIVING THAT FAR AND CERTAINLY NOT WORTH OVER $5 BUCKS!

This is the 3rd time in a row that we've had issues at this Sonic. The first 2 times the food was wrong. The first time I waited over 30 mins for my mobile order that ended up being wrong. This time the food was right but it was very low quality and old. I had 2 coneys that were thrown together with old hot dogs, and these tiny beat up chicken strips (pictured). At $4.19 for a 3 piece, I expect more. I would be ashamed to serve this. Do better.
