The service at this Sonic has really gone downhill in the last few months. I don't know if it's a change in management or what. The wait times are longer than necessary. The last time I was there, I waited 30 minutes for a kids meal and then had to speak to the manager because the person at the window didn't give me my change. And, I was just up there today and they didn't give me my drink at the drive through window. I had to ask for it and it literally was...
