So just stop and got a sausage egg and cheese muffin and when I went to pay the blonde girl at the window I was asking her what's this how do I do this Because the sunlight was right on the screen and I couldn't read it. She just kind of held it there and didn't even answer me back It was completely rude. Then I kind of shielded the screen with my hand and saw what I was somewhat doing and then I replied to her you know it would have been helpful if you just kind of told me what to do because I couldn't see the screen and she still ignored me wow.
Anyways the worst part is that when I got the sandwich and I started to eat it the center was completely ice cold like they can't even microwave a sandwich right Jesus So I just kind of ate around the edges threw it away $6 sandwich thanks Starbucks.
***Update*** I get it now, They hold the payment out the window so you can tip lol. They could still just take my card and ask me if I'd like to leave a tip so I could kindly say no. I would have been so mad had I had left a dollar or two for a tip on a $6 microwave sandwich that was ice cold when I got to unwrap it and try to eat it on my way to work. And whoever wrote me back on the review, All you should be doing is sending me a coupon for a free sandwich and then some.

I come in often because my son plays football for OU so this is normally my Friday -Sunday stop. Today my encounter was very different and I’ve never experience negative behavior from any Starbucks I’ve ever visit but here twice. I asked the young lady for sleeves for my extra hot caramel macchiato she mentioned they only put sleeves on a different drink. I see common sense isn’t so common. She had a bad attitude and this is not the first time she’s became snappy and rude. Me being a 7days per week Starbucks customer her behavior is not acceptable or appropriate for this establishment. The baristas are always so helpful, friendly and my heart went out to them. Their line for the drive thru, was crazy busy, an was loongg! Yet, the barista, was nice enough to grind my coffee. Take orders for two teens, an myself lol. Bless him!

This is the only location that I feel like a bother to the staff. I always pre order my drink on the app and they always are weird about it but today they told me just to order in person from now on because online orders are no longer a company priority. I normally would understand but I was one of the only customers there. I do not have this issue at any other locations so I will continue to go elsewhere.

I used to live in norman and I visited this Starbucks all the time. I had a great time every single time. I even met the man that became my husband at this very starbucks. It was so hard leaving it behind when I moved but I will always visit this exact Starbucks everytime I visit.

I was at this Starbucks location and felt EXTREMELY HUMILIATED. Never, anywhere in this country, have I been treated so poorly as a customer. A white barista was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I strongly advise against setting foot in this place.
I arrived at the store, placed my purse on a chair, and sat down. Immediately, he came over to my table demanding to know what I was going to order. I told him I would get up and decide, which I did.
When I went to pay, his machine wasn’t working. So, I told him I would go to my car to grab another credit card. But first, I sat down at the table to take a phone call. Within just a few minutes, he came back—completely unprofessional—and told me that if I didn’t make a purchase right away, I would have to leave the café.
So I left and sat at a table outside. Still not satisfied, he came out and told me to leave, raising his voice and speaking harshly in front of other customers. That’s when my husband arrived and bought a coffee.
TERRIBLE customer service. It damages the reputation of a brand I used to truly admire. I can only assume this person is racist and clearly has no idea how to treat a customer with respect.
NEVER give a single dollar to this store located in Oklahoma.

My son loves the ice coffee and it is made perfectly here. We visited one other Starbucks and was not happy with it. This is our go to shop.
