I was at this Starbucks location and felt EXTREMELY HUMILIATED. Never, anywhere in this country, have I been treated so poorly as a customer. A white barista was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I strongly advise against setting foot in this place.
I arrived at the store, placed my purse on a chair, and sat down. Immediately, he came over to my table demanding to know what I was going to order. I told him I would get up and decide, which I did.
When I went to pay, his machine wasn’t working. So, I told him I would go to my car to grab another credit card. But first, I sat down at the table to take a phone call. Within just a few minutes, he came back—completely unprofessional—and told me that if I didn’t make a purchase right away, I would have to leave the café.
So I left and sat at a table outside. Still not satisfied, he came out and told me to leave, raising his voice and speaking harshly in front of other customers. That’s when my husband arrived and bought a coffee.
TERRIBLE customer service. It damages the reputation of a brand I used to truly admire. I can only assume this person is racist and clearly has no idea how to treat a customer with respect.
NEVER give a single dollar to this store located in Oklahoma.

If your in a hurry, I would avoid this location during the week around lunch time to avoid the high school rush. Coffee is good, staff are friendly, place is clean.

Chai latte and a white chocolate hot mocha coffee. Oh my gosh they put something in these products to make you want to return for another. Starbucks can be a little pricy but it is always delicious.
Parking: Many people opt for the drive-thru due to its convenience, but the lines can get quite long. Surprisingly, parking, waiting in line inside the restaurant is often slower than going through the drive-thru process. It seems that the drive-thru is a top priority based on my observations. Additionally, the staff working at the drive-thru are consistently friendly. Therefore, I recommend skipping the parking lot and opting to drive-thru instead.
