Went to the drive thru today and order a drink.
Specifically asked for sugar free vanilla syrup and unfortunately they used regular vanilla syrup.

I ordered two coffees and arrived 7 minutes after the pick-up time and they still didn't have my second coffee and no one asked me what I needed only for two coffees I was there for more than 29 minutes 11/06/2025

I ordered a venti coffee with no ice. It was $9.
The problem is that they only filled it less than half way full. I got less than 10oz of coffee for $9?

I understand if there's a fill fee or something, but they didn't even let me know it was going to be half way full.

I added a photo, this is straight from the counter without drinking a single bit of it. Tell me you would pay $9 for this pathetic volume of a simple coffee.

My family comes here every Saturday, and the service is always top notch. The staff is incredibly kind. Shout out to Izzie for always remembering what we order when she brings us our drinks outside, her positive energy is always contagious!

11 am on Sunday, 4/27. Almost all the tables were dirty, floors were dirty, food made poorly, staff not very friendly. We won't be back to this location any time soon. I thought Starbucks was supposed to be improving their experience? Two stars for good drinks.

Edit: Also love their completely impersonal, auto-response. Shows they don't have any concern at all for the reviews people are leaving on here. Which shows in how often the same complaints are coming up. Starbucks has been getting it wrong for years now, and it doesn't seem to be changing.
