11 am on Sunday, 4/27. Almost all the tables were dirty, floors were dirty, food made poorly, staff not very friendly. We won't be back to this location any time soon. I thought Starbucks was supposed to be improving their experience? Two stars for good drinks.
Edit: Also love their completely impersonal, auto-response. Shows they don't have any concern at all for the reviews people are leaving on here. Which shows in how often the same complaints are coming up. Starbucks has been getting it wrong for years now, and it doesn't seem to be changing.

The team here is always quick and personable and I can tell that they're keeping up with their stock. The location on Flood has given me cold foam made with milk that is starting to turn. This location seems to have it's ducks in a row and I really appreciate that.
Love the ice coffee here. I go here every morning on my way to work. They make it just the way I like it.

every time I go to the Starbucks, I get angry they make my drink wrong every single time I go here. I am so mad that I spent my money here today. My espresso is always shaking and And it’s never filled to the top. This is the only Starbucks I ever go to that they never fill my drink to the top and I ordered the same drink at every single Starbucks. I will never come back here again.
