I go OUT of the way to come to this Starbucks. They. Are. By. Far. The. Best ! They go out of the way for me to make sure it’s ALWAYS right. (My drink changes the process a bit ) Dillon 5 stars himself. The take pride in making your drink here. You won’t be disappointed.!

Drink/food was great, per usual. I visit Starbucks frequently and have never had disappointing service. So I was completely shocked that the drive-thru attendant was unpleasant and rude. Just very unprofessional and definitely had something going on with her attitude today. I travel all over and like I said have been to plenty and this was my first experience with a rude/unprofessional worker.
Bad coffee mixture. I had to return them! We couldn't even pretend they were drinkable. I spent an hour there just trying to get a coffee, left without one.

I waited 32 minutes inside from the time I walked in to the time I left to get a grande drink and a cold muffin. I was finally given my drink without the muffin and had to wait again. One girl said “oh he has to get it” pointing at the gentleman who was taking other orders and warming food. I thought to myself, I know….he didn’t give it to me which is why I’m asking you. They ignored me walked off and took care of others when one reluctantly gave me my muffin with not even a “thank you, have a good day, I’m so sorry about that wait” just handed it and walked off. I’m in from out of town and it was a poor experience. I come from a very friendly town that goes out of their way to greet and smile.
