This location doesn't know what light ice means. I order the sand drink nearly daily, always light ice requested, and almost every time the cup is 3/4 ice. I'm paying $8 for coffee, not ice.

Ordered two large carafes of coffee to-go for teacher appreciation -- plenty of cups, lids, sugars/sweeteners, and even a cup of milk and another of creamer per carafe. Great service!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years and have always appreciated the great coffee, friendly service, and welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience last night didn’t reflect the standard I’ve come to expect.
I stopped by with my sister to pick up a mobile order. When we arrived at the drive-thru window, the barista greeted us in a noticeably condescending tone, saying, “Next time, you MUST wait 5 minutes before picking up a mobile order,” before abruptly walking away. This was surprising for two reasons: I was unaware that mobile orders require a waiting period, and we were the only car in the drive-thru at the time.
To make matters worse, our drinks were made hot instead of iced as we had ordered, requiring them to be remade. While mistakes happen, the lack of professionalism and courtesy made this experience disappointing.
I hope this feedback helps improve communication and service consistency at this location.

Good coffee.. Wish I could afford it more. Its almost good that I can't I have no complaints.
Parking: Too many cars crammed in a tiny lot. Ppl cut the wrong direction , ppl like me are not smart enough to let them cut. That's probably why I never get free coffee. It's okay, though. I didn't know we were paying it forward a couple years ago. The one time I was like, "Okay.. How much behind me? " was as far as I got hahahab

The hot lattes are always filled up about 2-3 inches from the rim. When I order a grande for me or my family it is the amount of coffee as a tall or less. I have brought this up to the staff directly several times with no changes. It seems like a shady way to do business especially since the see-through cups are always filled to the top. If I’m paying $7 for coffee I at least want a full cup

Every few years I like to stop at Starbucks just remind myself how much I don’t like it. Yep, still taste like burnt cardboard. And apparently they don’t call your name out or your order so it just sits on the counter until it gets lukewarm. That’s cool.

I’ve been coming here to study and the baristas are always so nice and friendly! I sit here for a few hours and it seems like everyone likes their job and is happy to be there even tho it is a job. Everyone is so helpful and the vibe is always great. I don’t know anyone’s names but they are all amazing and great to study around!

This starbucks is inconsistent with other starbucks in Norman. They use way more cream. If you get a venti it should not be 3/4 cream, it should be 3/4 coffee. It leaves me feeling jipped.
