Seriously the worst Starbucks in the entire area in terms of customer service AND product quality. In addition, all I wanted was a CUP of WATER this time, even offering to pay for it but no. You have to buy an item to receive water. For a store charging premium prices, the lack of basic courtesy is disappointing. If you can’t provide a small cup of water, that speaks volumes about how much you value your customers.
On top that, after going somewhere that you know used to give you water cups and being refused: You are now stuck in the one lane drive through and forced to wait in line until you can leave.

Exceptional service! Even when swamped, staff is attentive and courteous! Accidentally placed my order at another location in which they offered to make my order, no questions asked. I’ve been here a time or two before and staff is always kind and store is always very clean. As a bonus, they even take their used coffee grounds and bundle them up nice and neat, sealed with an educational compost sticker. These are kept by the door for customers. As an avid gardener who’s picked up grounds from Starbucks before, this is a very thoughtful gesture for it sure beats picking them up in a trash bag!! Just wow!! Thank you :)

Our preferred Starbucks location on E. Boyd closed abruptly with minimal notice, resulting in the immediate termination of all employees, including a seven-month pregnant individual, which we find deeply troubling. We subsequently visited the nearest Starbucks on Classen, where, although my son's preordered drink was ready upon arrival, my own drink took almost forty minutes to prepare. Other customers were also expressing frustration with the lengthy wait times. My son's complimentary tea refill was prepared before my drink, which he ordered after being there thirty-three minutes. When my drink was completed, the drink was incorrect. My son offered to pay the difference in the correct drink. The barista took the wrong drink and tried to charge him for another one. Like we are going to just be out of the money for the first wrongly made drink. So after discussing the issue with a manager, my correct drink was promptly prepared. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards of service we had grown accustomed to at our preferred location.

I frequent here since it’s closest to my house and every single time I go every employee is so rude. No hospitality at all. They have no manners and will just shut the window in your face after you say “thank you”. Hard to keep giving them business. Might have to move over to Dunkin that’s down the way.

Service is 50/50…some days I come in feeling welcomed and usually greeted with a smile…other times typically when the in store manager is working the energy is down and negative. Then the slamming starts…it’s every single time the slamming of the ice bin lid the slamming of the shakers anything that can be slammed in what seems like a fit of anger will be slammed while I’m there waiting for my drink. I guess he’s angry???? Or has an inner ear issue but it’s absolutely awful and it feels like he just doesn’t like me or maybe everyone? I didn’t give service a 1 star because other baristas there have been so kind especially after I lost my puppy Hank he and I were regulars while I lived closer and one girl in particular always asks how I am doing. That kindness is why I like Starbucks. Idk when Starbucks started choosing mean managers but it definitely changes the experience. 8$ coffee to be treated less than human? I think I’ll go to Grayowl where I don’t feel hated.

I order an iced coffee with a little half and half and 2 pumps of vanilla (not very sweet). The coffee is so bitter I gagged when I drank it. I swear Starbucks sells waste beans. Most bitter coffee I’ve ever had.

I’m a little traveler and have been anywhere from NYC to Oregon. I have yet to find another good Starbucks spot to make your drink exactly the way you like. Nobody makes my drink like my home location! 💜 if you are a lover of fall drinks, give this one a try! (Add cold foam and salted caramel drizzle for best results) 🤠

In all the time I’ve been going here I’ve never had an issue with any of my orders. They are always friendly, welcoming and prompt.

This location doesn't know what light ice means. I order the sand drink nearly daily, always light ice requested, and almost every time the cup is 3/4 ice. I'm paying $8 for coffee, not ice.

Ordered two large carafes of coffee to-go for teacher appreciation -- plenty of cups, lids, sugars/sweeteners, and even a cup of milk and another of creamer per carafe. Great service!
