My mother bought me a large iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and it was bitter. I called for a remake and took my break to grab it and it was also bitter. I drink these every single day so I know they've forgotten the clear vanilla syrup and I don't know why they made it wrong the second time but I didn't have time to go back a 3rd time so she just wasted her money. This was on 6/19/25 around noon. Dunkin is cheaper and it's rare they mess up a drink so I know what I need to do. Give my money to people that actually want my business.

Always prompt with my mobile orders, always polite in the drive thru!
Also, I absolutely LOVE that this Starbucks went with a TON of native, drought-tolerant pollinator supportive landscaping. I actually bring my kids here, out of my way, so we can get cake pops. While waiting in the drive thru, we watch all the butterflies, honey bees, and hover flies go from flower to flower from the comfort of our vehicle 🤩
