Went through drive though waited forever. Ordered 2 vanilla bean with add shots. One no whip..came out both whip asked to remove whip she did and brought cup back dripping down the sides. The drink was not good no ice left in at all, will never be back. Sunday Jan 4th

Three stars because it's Starbucks and it's consistent coffee every time, but this review is not about the coffee. It's about how long it took to get my order. It took 25 minutes to get my order from the time I placed my order to the moment I drove off with my order.
The staff was very friendly, so I hate to give a bad review....service was just so slow both times I went to this location.

I love it when a business has the chance to show humanitarian values and their employees refuse. 🤣 That's a publicly traded company for you.
My mother bought me a large iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and it was bitter. I called for a remake and took my break to grab it and it was also bitter. I drink these every single day so I know they've forgotten the clear vanilla syrup and I don't know why they made it wrong the second time but I didn't have time to go back a 3rd time so she just wasted her money. This was on 6/19/25 around noon. Dunkin is cheaper and it's rare they mess up a drink so I know what I need to do. Give my money to people that actually want my business.
