I bought a Caramel macchiato it was very good. I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time it’s been perfect. Customer service was great. My coffee is always consistent perfect flavor hotness every time. I love the consistency.

Ordered a tall americano 11/16/25. $6 later ($1 tip on $5 order) I got a cup of hot water that taste like someone made a pot with it after someone had already made a pot with it. No way this has espresso in it. The Starbucks K cups I make coffee with at home taste 100x better than this. I called them and they offered to remake it which is nice but I'm on the other side of town now.

I got to be honest I would rather have McDonald's mocha frappe your coffee had very little flavor and zero to no mocha if there was I couldn't tell not sweet at all honestly I probably won't come back.

The staff here are just so incredibly rude, and I just don’t quite understand how on earth one building can have so much negative energy. I enjoy Starbucks, but I actually avoid this location.

The person working the drive-thru proceeded to add on the cream cheese to the tab, and he didn’t give me the cream cheese. This location needs to train their employees and double check orders better because constantly messing up will bring down store reviews.

I asked for drizzle and Carmel cruch but there was so little of it that I was just drinking espresso on top of milk. The drink was crap especially for the price I payed. They say you can customize your drinks....that's bull it's if they feel like doing it otherwise your paying for nothing.

I cannot give a honest review about the atmosphere due to this particular location being basically drive-thru. I got out the car and walked to the bldg as if it were a typical Starbucks and like I usually walk in to order. I was shocked when I walked up to the bldg and realized it’s not your typical Starbucks. You can walk up as if it’s Dutch Bros and order at the window. I’m just accustomed to Starbucks having an indoor area for customers. I’ve never been to a Starbucks like this before. Even the Starbucks in Dallas off of Stemmons Fwy, they have it set up to where the customers can come inside and order. It isn’t a sit down place there either, but at least the customers can come inside away from the outside elements ie rain, heat, and cold.

The coffee is good. The audacity to put a tip jar on the drive-through window ledge is amazing. What am I tipping for? Is it you handed what I bought to me? Tipping at through the drive-through for someone getting paid hourly that did nothing extra for me is ridiculous!
