I asked for drizzle and Carmel cruch but there was so little of it that I was just drinking espresso on top of milk. The drink was crap especially for the price I payed. They say you can customize your drinks....that's bull it's if they feel like doing it otherwise your paying for nothing.

No complaints about my order, I ordered t usual espresso frappe and the service was nice. I cannot give a honest review about the atmosphere due to this particular location being basically drive-thru. I got out the car and walked to the bldg as if it were a typical Starbucks and like I usually walk in to order. I was shocked when I walked up to the bldg and realized it’s not your typical Starbucks. You can walk up as if it’s Dutch Bros and order at the window. I’m just accustomed to Starbucks having an indoor area for customers. I’ve never been to a Starbucks like this before. Even the Starbucks in Dallas off of Stemmons Fwy, they have it set up to where the customers can come inside and order. It isn’t a sit down place there either, but at least the customers can come inside away from the outside elements ie rain, heat, and cold.

The coffee is good. The audacity to put a tip jar on the drive-through window ledge is amazing. What am I tipping for? Is it you handed what I bought to me? Tipping at through the drive-through for someone getting paid hourly that did nothing extra for me is ridiculous!

I will say they are super friendly at the location! I got my usual coffee today and it tasted so bad..I was already down the road before I realized it.It tasted like dirty water and really bitter.

I've been coming to this Starbucks weekly or bi-weekly since they opened. Today, I ordered my usual. 'Cold' Chai tea latte easy ice. This tasted like milk. I reported and they provided me a new one and said easy ice changes the flavor. As I mentioned this is my usual and has never tasted like straight milk unfortantly I'll need to change my favorite Starbucks which is further away. Disappointed customer.

I’m giving five stars to Morgan! I thank you Morgan, for helping me when I was very irritated with my service, not arguing with me but Taking the time to Help me figure out how to get my order the way I ordered it on the app.. I mean, I did just order it earlier in that day the way I wanted it, and the other girl was telling me I might have to pay more to re make it and add every ingredient individually, when All I wanted was it not hot & add ice. don’t steam it & add ice made the same way. Just not steamed….. If it is on the app as a choice, then give it to me the way it says don’t tell me we don’t do that when clearly it is an option.. THANKS MORGAN for your patience you’re understanding and great customer service Just My mood around.. Great Gal!
