Worst experience ever. We ordered delivery. They said it would be 45 minutes. Over 2 hours later and still no pizza. What is the worst part is when we called…repeatedly, they don’t care. Never talked with someone that acted like they cared less. Can’t recommend them to anyone.

The food is pretty good, but for the price it’s amazing. You can skip Marcos (or some equivalent) and get this for half the price and it’s great. (Oh also if you’re a big wing person, don’t get them here. There’s always wingstop or B dubs for that.)

To start, the individuals running your location have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. They ran my debit card as credit. They printed off a decline, so I give another card and it clears. Check my account and both transactions cleared my accounts. I showed this to them and they told me to dispute it with my bank. It’s Sunday! So I now have to dispute a transaction over their payment systems not working. Oh and instead of making things right, they refund my second card and do not give me the food. The food wasn’t even ready on time either. These people are acting like I was trying to get a free pizza even though I provided two payments! Apparently these are new owners and if not, they need to do something about their staff. What an awful experience!

I used to speak real well about Eagle One, I will no longer do that. I used to boast about their prices and the flavor. Which is all still great, but last night I ordered 2 pizza, good cinnsticks and a coke 2liter and paid $41.00. Doubling the cost of the pizza to deliver the food. Restaurants started delivery to increase their sales. That's going to cost them because I'm no longer going to promote Eagle One!

I went to the Greek House to grab a gyro around 8 p.m. Google Maps lists them as being open until 8:30. When I walked up to the door, the owner told me they were already closed. I remembered a Facebook post a couple of weeks ago where someone said Eagle One had a great gyro platter. I drove over and ordered one. It was amazing. I will definitely be back.
We called and ordered a Calazone tonight 2-04-25 and we didn't get our dipping sauces... called and got placed on hold for a good while so.i ended up hanging up.

Let me start by saying I have had pizza from here before and it has always been good. Tonight I ordered pizza and calzone. After waiting an hour for delivery to show up, I decided to call and check on my order. Phone was answered by someone with the enthusiasm of a sloth and I was told my order had just been put in and it would be another 30 minutes. Waited another 45 minutes before I called back only to talk to the same burn out that told me she could not look up my order. After asking how that could be possible she took my address and acted like she was looking it up. Then she told me my order was sitting there ready and it would be coming my way. Guess what? It never showed up. Absolute worst customer service I have ever had.

When I hung up and walked into the store to order the young lady at the register hung up her PERSONAL cellphone telling the person on the phone she loved them and then proceeded to take me order. This is not the first time this has happened.
