This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Norman. The coffee is great (I like a classic vanilla latte). I appreciate that they have sugar free syrup options as well. They also sell pastries or egg bites that are delicious. They keep a clean and friendly environment. I appreciate the calm atmosphere to study or have a conversation with a friend. ☺️

I went through the drive thru. I ordered a large white mocha cappuccino. It cost $7.11. My cup was only about 3/4 full and it tasted like pure syrup with a bunch of white foam on top. It was so sweet I could barely drink it. I dont think it had any Expresso in it. Just sugary syrup. I know next time to just go to my favorite coffee shop Yellow Dog. They are cheaper, you get more in your cup and make their drinks alot better.

I got a Chocolate Chip Mocha Frappe with full pump of Hazelnut syrup and it came back watered down, NOT blended, the entire pump was just on one side and the coffee somehow tasted burnt at the same time. Trying to order wasn't easy either, the guy talking to us kept having us repeat our answers though we we speaking clearly enough (sounded like they were just not focused on work at all) AND to top it off, The same guy who talked to us almost handed MY drink to the person in front of us, saw them hold it out to them for a good 5 seconds. The person in front of us ordered the HOT Snowball Latte.. kind of hard to mix up a HOT coconut and vanilla drink with a FROZEN chocolate drink. Ruined my monday..and wasted my money

I had a little payment hiccup—my cards just weren’t cooperating earlier—and Regan went above and beyond by giving me a free coffee anyway. It was such a kind gesture and really made my day. I’ve been here two times so far, and each visit has been excellent. The first time, I ordered a salted caramel shaken espresso with a ham and cheddar bagel—such a great combo. On my most recent visit, I had the bacon, egg, and cheddar wrap with an iced blueberry Cubano coffee, and it was just as delicious. The service here is consistently outstanding. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always have a positive attitude. I also really appreciate the atmosphere—it’s calm, inviting, and a great place to study or get work done without feeling overwhelmed. Highly recommend this spot!

I have been a customer for years. Not anymore. THIRTEEN DOLLARS FOR 2 SMALL drinks (you can tell by the color and flavor that they are clearly made of mostly milk) with no modifications is absolutely crazy!!! The greed is out of control. No one should be paying $13 for 2 small drinks anywhere in Oklahoma…..
This is not the first time this has happened. I sat at the window this morning for 8 minutes just waiting on a drink. And It was not busy at all. And when I received my drink it was not what I ordered. But a long line of cars formed behind me and I didn't realize it wasn't what I ordered until I was leaving the parking lot. And did not have time to go back. This is starting to become an issue. I drive out of my way because they did have the best service and tast better than Starbucks. But I may have to rethink my coffee house.

I've come here a lot. Generally nice people and tasty coffee. But there's some serious service and organizational issues. For example, today, I waited 45 minutes for food that never came. They seemed annoyed with me when I asked for my food at the 30 minute mark. Now I have to get a refund. Their system isn't super organized.

the girl at the front counter coudent handle my question or my order . then after she took my 8bucks for a medium cold brew. told me not to come back . that I made it a hostile work inviroment. how ? by⁵ asking for assistance with my card ? she's needs to get a different job.
