Did an online order wait longer than needed to be. Management should be assumed of them selfs leaving this man alone when he can not work the register.

Stood there waiting for 25 minutes. Not even recognized. Only one person on the line .. no words not even please wait one moment .. which I would have.. but guy didn’t give me the time of day .. walked out .. no point in waiting when they don’t care.. I’ll go else where ..

They are lying about having a drive through. They have a window for it, but no speaker to order at and even if you use the app to order they won’t come to the window. They make you go inside for pick up orders. So why have a drive through window and advertise as such? Not all of us are able to get out of the car easily, so it sucks to say you have a drive through but not let people use it. The employees are rude, too, at least the older lady is.

I was told by one horrible employee I couldn't get a pizza sub here so I went to 12th Street the general manager from Porter had of called the manager I'm assuming to tell her to give me a free sub for the hassle and the manager came in cussing and hollering saying hurry up and make his sub he can get out here. So I did exactly that got up out of there with a half made sub in the oven what a waste food money and losing a customer as well as a food delivery driver that will not deliver for any more Norman

I stopped here Tuesday July 9th I was trying to get a pizza sub I was told they can't make it because cross contamination which makes no sense cuz meatballs and pepperoni both have pork so they're completely idiots. The ghetto unprofessional general manager told me that her employee was false but she called The second Street store where I was headed to and cause problems causing them to lose money and me to never go back to either one of the establishments I also will never delivered for another Subway in Norman ever again

Far too stingy with most of the ingredients on both of my sandwiches... AND, I don't much care for brown or wilted or left-over scraps of veggies (on sandwiches, OR on anything else).

When I go to a Subway, to customize my sandwiches... it's not uncommon for me to request extra ingredients, in order to "load up" my subs.
I do NOT ask for freebies.
I make no bones about paying for my extra ingredients that I request... I fully intend to pay for all that I get, and would never wish it any other way..
Likewise... I ALSO expect to get ALL that I come in expecting to pay for.
When I ask for extras, and I am specific that I am expecting to purchase those extras... then, I fully expect to return home with "more sandwich than bread'.
AND... I do reasonably expect for all of the ingredients to be fresh. I have done a considerable amount of work in a wide range of food services, over the years, and... I do NOT come in with the intention of purchasing anyone's "scraps".

To sum up my experience with THIS Subway store:

❌️ Basically... too much cost, for far too little product... AND, product with too many old, stale, or wilted (non-fresh) ingredients.

(I always DID think it rather curious that a Subway customer can see... and "customize"... the veggie toppings going onto a sandwich, and yet... the table with all the meats and cheeses ALWAYS remains hidden behind a stainless steel "cover" which never seems to be closed.
? Golly-gee-whizz... I wonder just exactly what THAT'S all about. Some big "Corporate Proprietary Secret", I presume???)
[ But... I digress. ]

'Nuff said about all that.

I still WILL go do business with Subway for my BIG sandwiches.
However... I'll just take my business to OTHER Subway stores... where the ingredients are kept fresh and well stocked... where I can SEE exactly WHAT's going into my sandwiches... where the service is much more responsive and customer-friendly... and, where I can rest assured that I am able to receive the quantity (and the quality) of product that I am willing and able to pay for.

Whatever else... of THIS much, I can be reasonably certain:
I am fully persuaded that I will NOT (at ANY time, or for ANY reason) be returning again, to THIS Subway store... on North Porter in Norman, Oklahoma... at least, NOT in this lifetime.

Food quality is good and the price is also if you have a coupon. Store is a little under staffed for noon hour and some of the bread options were not ready.

Lucas that works there made my hole order wrong I will be giving the Manager a call first thing tomorrow and he was trying to give me a hand full of jalapeños when I ask for light let me start from the beginning I ordered a BLT foot long and he was starting to put my bacon on my bread and only put 2 pieces a bacon and even said to me it would be extra if he put more a Footlong comes with 6 pieces of bacon not 2 and telling me it’s policy rules and was just very rude he should not be working like I said where the bacon yall
