they don’t pay attention to anything. They put the wrong labels on my sandwiches. They also messed up the sandwiches and when we called them to tell them, they told us there was nothing for them to do. They were also on their phones after making my order.

The food is fresh, very tasty! Have been there 4 times in one month. I highly recommend this on North Porter in Norman Ok.

The store is always clean and tidy. They usually always get my order right but today I was disappointed. I ordered the cheesy garlic steak sandwich but I ordered it without the bread toasted. Instead they didn't even heat up the meat. It really ruined my sandwich because I don't want to eat freezing cold cheese steak. Gross. I had to put it in the microwave which screwed up the veggies, which I didn't even get all of the veggies that I ordered. Come on guys, you still heat up the meat even if the bread isn't toasted.
Usually I tip every time but I couldn't this time and I hate to think that because he wasn't getting tipped that he purposely prepared my sandwich wrong but I have noticed this trend at more than 1 location. And have had this occur before with no tip. It really stinks to be on a time crunch and order ahead for convenience thinking it will only to get disappointed when you get home with your food.

Screwed up everything on my order
Added bacon extra $2 and there’s no bacon on sandwich whoever made the sandwich didn’t even put cheese on it.
There’s literally maybe 4 slices of ham pickles and ranch and the rest is bread sorry excuse of a sandwich.
How dumb do you have to be not to make a basic sandwich right ???

First off I wanna say this is the cleanest subway I have seen in such a long time! I was also treated the moment walked through the doors. Even though she was busy making I’m guessing an online order she was doing it all! She was able to still make two sandwiches and a salad in a timely manner and it was fast! I wanna say thank you to Paige for making that experience wonderful and the food tasted so amazing and fresh!

Did an online order wait longer than needed to be. Management should be assumed of them selfs leaving this man alone when he can not work the register.
Stood there waiting for 25 minutes. Not even recognized. Only one person on the line .. no words not even please wait one moment .. which I would have.. but guy didn’t give me the time of day .. walked out .. no point in waiting when they don’t care.. I’ll go else where ..
