I witnessed the employee trying to make the tea less strong by taking a sip add water, dumping it into the tea bin, taking another sip add water, dumping it into the tea bin each time not disposing of the contents using the same cup she was sipping from. It's a standard subway. It's what you expect. Except that it is not open 24Hrs a day like advertised. The hours of operation are wildly varied. I've heard all kinds of different reasons. But in the end none of them really matter because when you need a breakfast at 5 in the morning you can't get one like advertised. I want to eat here but the irritation of having to change my plans first thing in the morning is the last straw for me. Im done with this place.

If you’re going to advertise open 24 hours then you should be open 24 hours. Endured getting off the interstate in the construction zone just to find a closed location. I’m not looking for a generic apology response, just wanting other ppl to know they may be closed.
