Have lived in the area but haven't been to this location in a long long time, best Subway I've had in forever! The two ladies running the shop were super kind, the sandwich was the best I've had from a Subway since I can remember (it had been over a year since I'd been to a Subway from how poor my last experience was), and the process was quick and painless. Would recommend if you get a random Subway craving to go here for guaranteed food service and quality.

Girl with glasses was rude didn't give me time to talk she just started getting stuff and when I told her I just wanted it plain she got to roll her eyes and talking to her breath to her co-worker to a lady beside her and then want to give me attitude afterwards terrible customer service was only Norman just to visit will never come back to this location first time I had Subway in 2 years and it was horrible service really going downhill!!
This is the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered.i will never go back.

hey guys! i am Hannah Baker and i work at this subway location 12411 :) this is my 5th year and i absolutely love my regulars and making conversation with customers, but i also love being complimented on the cleanliness and kindness that our store has to offer. i try my hardest to make everyone that comes in leave with a happy experience. if you are feeling like a sandwhich give us a shot and tell us how we did!

This Subway is amazing, the girl that works the day shift has been working there for years, she knows my order as soon as I walk on, she has my sandwich started. The rest of the staff is great also, I love that it’s not a different person everytime like other local Subway locations. The atmosphere is welcoming. I would recommend everyone to try this location.

Well it's really ashame because I like subway, well I won't be returning for a while if ever. I ordered online, went to the location, only to find out they never recieved my order. We asked for a refund and were denied. After some little bit of a fustrated but civil discussion, and repeatedly being told the store couldn't help us and to call customer service. The supposed "manager" didn't identify herself as the manager, until later. Not being able to find a number for customer service. The "manager" called to ask some questions, finding out that the system rejected the order. Funny because she told us she didn't have a number to call, and let us look for 10 minutes. At least she could have come out and told us, as we were still in the parking lot. Now I have questions about whether this was actually the case, and I guess we have to wait to find out if we ever do. When I asked her name, because her name tag that she was wearing was unreadable, she gave me the first and last name of a fictional character off of 13 reasons why. I have never known an employee to offer a last name for safety reasons, so I suspect this was not her real name. Now having been in customer service for a while, I guess I would say that the simple solution to this would have been just to take the $8 loss on the sandwiches and make them to keep the customer happy. Especially since the problem was supposedly on the stores side and not the customer side, based off her supposed call to corporate. However, if they choose to say there is nothing we can do which is there option. They can choose to never have me as a customer again. Left with a bad taste in my mouth, and obviously not from the food. My opinion is that I was lied to, and they just kept lying to cover up the problem. If the money that is now being held hostage moves from pending to an actual charge, I will be notifying my bank of fraud on the stores part.

I know it's Subway and you have a sandwich artist and all, but 29 dollars for 2 sandwiches is steep. They guilt of the "no tip" on the cash register is almost enough to keep me from returning.

I love this subway! The girls are amazing and friendly. The food always tastes fresh and great. This one will always be my go to subway!! The workers here make it amazing!
Order was wrong. SandwichThat was supposed to be toasted was not toasted. Sandwich that wasn't supposed to be toasted was toasted. One sandwich was supposed to be just as it comes... The number 5. It had no veggies or sauce.
Great food
I want to know why every time I order from here I can never get my sandwich cut into 4 pieces like I ask... I work in a nursing home and I need to be able to eat on the go. I can't do that with a 6 in sub. I hope y'all step up soon.
