This SUBWAY at 2339 W Main St in Norman, OK 73072 is by far the BEST Subway around! The food is always super hot and fresh, the store is always clean & the personnel is OUTSTANDING! "SHUNTELLE" is the BEST server ever! SHUNTELLE is always super friendly, super helpful, super efficient, super patient with each order, and super fast with each order! Subway is quite fortunate to have such a valued employee as "SHUNTELLE!"

Walked into business and no one greeted me. Employee was outside what appeared on break. The employee inside the store was in the back and sounds as though she was speaking to someone. Waited several minutes and the employee from outside came in. He apologized for my wait and asked if anyone was helping me. He again apologized and began preparing my order. Then the little lady that was talking in the back waltzed out with cell phone glued to her ear. From the talk it was personal. She filled her cup of food with more dressings and danced back to the back of the business. Saw her name, Nicole. She kept on the phone and would peek out to see if I was still there. Thankfully Shawn finished my order. How is it Nicole has a job? Is she a buddy of the boss? Well boss it appears she is no true friend if she is. Product low stock, customer left waiting, etc. Sad.

The white tall guy, he doesn't wash his hand, he will just wet his hand and never use soap. He doesn’t even dry his hands, just touch the gloves with his wet hands. He needs to be trained on how to make subs, he squish the bread and just plays with the vegetables.

the older lady with short blonde hair , kinda short . Shes rude as hell . definitely shouldnt be working in customer service. She messed up my sandwich and i asled her if she could fix it and remake it and she had an attitude about it saying she could just “ add it on “ after my sandwich was literally fully made . Then proceeded to say i could grab an application “over there” as if saying if u wanted to tell her what to do i could work there . EXCUSE ME , ITS MY FOOD IM PAYING FOR . i left and didnt buy the meal .
