The food was horrendous, the bread was hard and the vegetables were very old. I had walked in and nobody noticed I was there until about 10-15 minutes later when a young lady came to the front busy on her phone. She was also rude and in a hurry, unacceptable service I’m never spending another dollar at this specific location again!!!!

Ordered online while sitting in parking lot, there was no one there after 10 minutes the workers are still just sitting on their phone so I go in at the time my online order said it was ready and she finally got up and started making it after 20 minutes of it being ordered.

I ordered 2 foot longs which turned out good besides there not being extra olive oil like I asked. We were excited to try the new pretzel and churro but they were NOT GOOD. Pretzel was hard and didn’t come with a sauce, churro was plain and didn’t have cinnamon sugar on it. When we picked up the order we asked for napkins and the lady was on her phone smacking her gum and rolled her eyes.

Came into this subway excited to order a hotshot italiano, my husband had ordered one from the Lindsay location a few days before and I took a bite of his sandwich and it was amazing. This Norman location did not live up to that standard. The sandwich was so underpacked compared to the one my husband got despite me putting the exact same stuff he did and it seemed the girl put on the lease amount of lettuce and tomatoes and etc that she could without putting up red flags. As for the service the girl I ordered from (Casey I believe) seemed upset at the fact that I even walked through the door. Will most definitely not be back. This isn’t the first time this place has disappointed. You would think after 2 years it would have changed a little bit. Won’t make that mistake again.

I very seldom go to this subway due to service however I stopped in today to get a sandwich. I was waiting while the lady was doing I am assuming a mobile order. She finished that and I assumed she would help me as I was still waiting and someone walked in the door. She said oh do you want cookies and the lady said yes and she started doing her order. I just left. Had she said can you give me a min or I want to take her first or something but no just started doing her order as I had been waiting for quite some time now. As I left the lady being helped apologized to me. I said it’s not your fault and just left. I am still a paying customer but I won’t be now. Never got food. Horrible service

Worst subway I've been to for the first time I got charged extra for bacon on my chicken bacon ranch sandwich and literally got 1 slice of bacon on a footlong this all being after the lady tells me they just changed the sandwich it literally is a chicken BACON ranch sandwich so charge me more to begin with because it has bacon than charge extra for putting bacon on it

The staff is always so nice and chill! Food is always great, but the prices are a bit steep for what you get unless you have coupons.Parking: The parking lot is a bit difficult to maneuver around but there's usually not many people there so there's a lot of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp and handicap parking spots.

I never dine in at Subway so I cant speak on the quality of the atmosphere. I can however speak about the excellent service at this particular store. It doesnt matter what time I stop in or who is working...I am always greeted with a smile. My wife and I eat here twice a week for almost a year and have never been disappointed. The bread is always fresh and our sandwiches are made joyfully. If you need a quick meal that wont empty your wallet, you cant do much better than this particular Subway. Highly recommend!! ?Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options here
