Horrible customer service, I asked to cancel my mobile order after I left after waiting almost 20 minutes and the woman hung up on me. I need my money back and still have yet to find a solution so I will be disputing and contacting corporate. Horrible.

Placed an order tonight and it was on point! There was a guy and a girl working, and unfortunately I didn’t get their names, but the service was so good. She was cleaning when I walked in, and the store was well stocked. He greeted me before I could even get to the counter. It’s nice to have good places to eat, but it’s even better when it’s in your neighborhood and everyone is welcoming.

Unfortunately had to go to this location cause 12th street's toaster was broken. This location has the worst bread from any sub shop I've ever been to, all the herb and cheese were so different in size and only like 3-4 individual shreds of cheese. Ordered the ultimate b.m.t. and a supreme meats, and they put turkey on the b.m.t. which isn't even on the sandwich and made the flavor very odd so I pulled it off, wondering if it was old and bad turkey. Upper management should really check in on this location. Whether it's the training, food quality or customer service it is poor to bad at best.
