Three employees that were in no hurry to do anything while many of us stood in line. It was pathetic. Sandwich I purchased made me sick within 45 minutes of eating it and I was sick all afternoon and evening. The only decent subway in Norman is the one on W. Lindsey St. The one on Main Street should be shut down or everybody fired.

I felt like I was nuisance for asking for what I wanted on my sandwich. This is a sandwich place where I can build my sandwich. I do not understand the issue. It seems like she does not like her job or people. I would want this feedback if I ran or owned this store.

I've had friendlier interactions with my ex- wife!!
Don't expect them to even give the impression they appreciate you.
The restaurant was impeccably clean and the sandwich was great.
But even those are not enough to get me to return.

Service extended by the associate was as bad as I have experienced. In terms of basic courtesy, unfriendly, to the point of making ordering your sandwich uncomfortable, as if you were dealing with someone that was personally mad at you. After waiting 10 minutes for our sandwiches, I could see it wasn't personal, the terrible customer service was consistent to all who entered

The older lady seamed like she didn’t know what went on the sandwich’s and not only did she not put enough trimmings that are supposed to be double on the specific sandwich but also took forever to even take our order. At first we pulled through the drive thru because it said it was open. We walked in and not one person has a headset on to even take a drive thru order. Never will I go back to this subway.

An ongoing problem but this location has extremely rude staff. Every single time we have gone in here the woman is extremely disrespectful and rude to customers. No urgency or initiative to do even simple tasks such as getting more toppings from the back when out. Never coming to here again, unless they make a change of staff(and attitude for that matter).

We placed a mobile for pickup just 3 minutes before we arrived (I expected to wait a minute or 2). We get there and as we pull in to the parking space another car pulls in beside us, so my daughter goes in first, then the couple beside us goes in, then another a woman pulls in and then a guy comes in. Obviously they hadn't started our order at all.because the couple who pulled in beside us ordered their food, then the woman and then the guy. They all got their food and left and then they started making our order. Why even offer order ahead mobile ordering if your not making the orders in the order they come in. Might as well just walk in and place the order and get it quicker than order ahead. And quit being so stingy with the black olives, 4 slices on a footlong is stingy.

It was a wonderful sandwich if I had the Subway Club 12 inch and it was nice and fresh vegetables or crunchy, and the chips were wonderful. Very large area and very clean. Inflation has made everything expensive, but that's the new normal. I was pleased with the food and service. Thanks, Subway!
