I had the grilled salmon. It was cooked perfectly and had really great flavor. I also got a side of brussels sprouts, and those were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. My husband had the ribeye. He ordered it medium rare, but it was cooked more on the medium side. He said the flavor was good but not as good as some other local restaurants (e.g., Red Rock). We stayed at the hotel for a week and ate at Rally Kitchen + Bar every day. The food was consistently delicious, and the staff was professional, polite, welcoming, and friendly. The warm, inviting atmosphere made every meal enjoyable. We can't wait to return!
Lovely setting, excellent, interesting food well prepared and presented, attentive and friendly staff. A new favorite! If you haven't tried it, yet, you need to do so. By the way, plenty of parking in the back lot—even though it's near campus!
