I had to wait 10 minutes for my drink at noon because only one person was working. It’s very clear the team tries their best to get things done but can’t feasibly handle all that in a high volume store like this one. It’s not their fault, entirely it is the manager’s fault that they cannot retain employees or refuse to hire. Either hire more people or schedule better to make customers experience better, simple solution.

Like some previous orders, I ordered in person and waited a long time as the severely understaffed crew took care of drive thru orders. I ordered the cherry bomb, which needed more cherry flavor. I like the pellet ice and large variety of options. While the staff were apologetic about the slow service, the store should invest in more staff and efficiently divide up the labor since the drinks are extremely popular.
Kid-friendliness: Clean bathroom with a changing table. There’s also a separate kids menu.

The staff were friendly and apologetic, though. I ordered a Texas Tab with Dr. Pepper, vanilla and coconut cream. I liked it it. My daughters got Cherry Bomb (good but needs more cherry flavor) and Just Peachy (good but needs more coconut cream).
Love Frozen hot chocolate. Now there is meaning to my life.

First timer. I was the only customer in the store aside from my friend and was greeted by 0/6 of the teenage girls behind the counter. After an almost completely silent service, I paid $9 for the smallest size soda and cookies that were as cold as my ice cold drink.
