So I was excited for these new street chalupas and let me tell you, don't. I had 3 pieces of meat that were what I assume cooked at breakfast. They were so hard you couldn't chew them and the whole thing had almost nothing in it. I got a cheesy taco that was hard and very disappointing. It seems like taco bell isn't what it used to be and we love it in our house, but the past while it's always wrong and never even filled up. It's like they are trying to save money on ingredients by not giving you any. Come on taco bell, I know you're not a gourmet restaurant but at least give me what I order for the price of things

These people are good sometimes. Not very clean though.
A couple days ago I ordered a chicken quesadilla, paid for a chicken quesadilla, got steak instead (which I’m allergic to). Didn’t make a huge deal, just didn’t eat it. Just left today, and asked them to triple check that it was chicken (even brought it up at the window because it didn’t look right on the screen- it wasn’t) and this time got no meat instead. Very disappointed.

Oh also we placed an online order and one lady was dead convinced this was east Lindsay and that we were wrong. Corrected me several times till eventually she found the order and just told me to pull up to the last window. No apologies or anything Also forgot my fork for food that requires a fork to eat
