employees were horrible rude and unprofessional and when i was taking my order the cashier was extremely rude to the doordasher about things he clearly didn’t know i wouldn’t recommend this taco bell if you have kids or anyone your trying to protect words and environment from go elsewhere

Impossible to get Tortillas that arent dried out and stale. Spicy potato soft tacos are nearly impossible to chew. Called and complained at least 4 times already. I got food for coworkers and myself, not one person got a fresh Tortilla. They offer to comp the meals, but i decline, instead asking them to just Do Better instead. Manager must be coaching anti shrinkage policies that are too extreme. Upon calling, manager will gaslight you and insult your intelligence by trying to convince you that you dont know the difference between 'not warmed over enough' and 'has been sitting drying out and getting stale on the counter for 20mins before you got there' when the truth is that both are true. Cold AND stale. GM 'Guy' claims to be 'trying' but quality has had no noticeable improvement.

i went in thursday and got cussed out because they gave me the wrong food. i tried to stay calm and be nice but i was met with hostility immediately. the service at this location is horrible i would never recommend them

zero respect they where rude and underportioned my meal. my "five layer burrito" was five layers of tortilla not meat bean and cheese. i also know for a fact this location uses expired product (how i overheard an employee saying it)

food was so gross! tasted like it went bad. All the food was thrown in my bag and it split all over, couldn’t even eat half of my items. I asked for sauces, didn’t receive them. The workers in the window were extremely rude, even rolled their eyes at me. To top it all off, I saw a rat as I was pulling in running across the drive thru.
I literally am very disappointed with this Taco Bell at least because the one in 12th Ave. never disappoints but since this one is near my job I decided to come . I literally made my order on the app because I get rewards and they didn’t put my steak nor chicken on my bowls and when I went in I thought there wouldn’t be a problem but the guy manager seemed to have an issue when I myself work at a restaurant and if you mess up you do the job right but won’t be coming here ever again at least not this location.

But my order was wrong and when I came in to let them know what was missing the lady working the drive thru yelled at me saying she knew damn good and well she put the food in the bag and I said well it wasn’t in there and she then said it’s whatever and walked off. The manager there fixed the food and made things right but it wasn’t a good experience
