did a $40+ order on the app to pick up at taco bell drive through at 1:15 am. got to Taco Bell, drive thru person asked for name on order, we told her, and she suddenly said oh, our system is down. sorry, have A good night. no explanation of whether id be refunded or if we could maybe get the order when the system was back up. so I had to go find something else for family dinner at 130 am and the girl was even rude as hell when we got to the drive through window to ask what would happen with the money I already paid. she said you'll be refunded, and when I asked if she knew when she shut the window in our faces. I'll never go here or use the taco bell app again

I ordered 3 supreme tacos, with mild sauce on the side and a drink. I got 3 plain tacos with no sauce & my drink was just straight carbonation. Disappointing & a waste of money. I should’ve looked at the previous reviews before coming. Smh.

I ordered online put on there no jalapeño sauce, when my partner went to pick it up he said again no jalapeño sauce as there is an allergy. He informed them of the allergy. Took a bite and there was so much on there. I immediately started coughing and feeling everything tighted up. Had to take emergency medicine.
While I understand there is always a risk eating out with an allergy, I feel as i did everything i could have done to prevent this from happening and it was not taken seriously. Allergy means allergy.

Still terrible order accuracy followed up by over confident workers means o have to get out of my car, go in, just so I can get a complete order. I really wish they would use the money for their "fundraiser" to adequately train their employees.

Worst customer experience ever!!! Leigha in the drive thru forgot to give me my whole order and then blamed me. No apology no nothing. Refused to take responsibility and wasn't going to remake the nachos until I specifically requested it. I paid for fresh food I expect fresh food even if you forgot to give me my whole order.
