I ordered online put on there no jalapeño sauce, when my partner went to pick it up he said again no jalapeño sauce as there is an allergy. He informed them of the allergy. Took a bite and there was so much on there. I immediately started coughing and feeling everything tighted up. Had to take emergency medicine. While I understand there is always a risk eating out with an allergy, I feel as i did everything i could have done to prevent this from happening and it was not taken seriously. Allergy means allergy.

Still terrible order accuracy followed up by over confident workers means o have to get out of my car, go in, just so I can get a complete order. I really wish they would use the money for their "fundraiser" to adequately train their employees.

Worst customer experience ever!!! Leigha in the drive thru forgot to give me my whole order and then blamed me. No apology no nothing. Refused to take responsibility and wasn't going to remake the nachos until I specifically requested it. I paid for fresh food I expect fresh food even if you forgot to give me my whole order.

I just wanna know how I got lettuce on my quesadilla. Like there was plenty on there for it not to be an accident. I never added lettuce and the receipt doesn’t say “add lettuce” plus there was like 3pieces of chicken on it..

Hey Taco Bell manager, your crew needs teamwork training. I ordered loaded nachos with beef, added fries, and guacamole, but items were sometimes missing. That's a waste of money! I paid extra, but items were missing, and fees were duplicated. Sometimes, even the sauce and forks were missing. Please pay attention to your service and ensure orders are correct. In Miami, Florida, other Taco Bells offer better service. Latin teams' teamwork and experience are excellent.

Clean your soda machine buttons immediately. Too many options have been gummed up by being neglected, much like the lobby tables. Sticky everything, any time we visit.

I specifically ordered 15 mild sauce packets and I was only given 14 I am very disappointed in their service by not simply giving me one more sauce like a ordered I will never be coming back to this establishment

The staff are always nice, and the food is good. But we always get our food smashed into 1 bag, and sometimes things are not wrapped well and spilling out of the paper. We had all our tacos smashed by being beneath the burritos. We did ask to have our tacos in a separate bag the last time we were there, and that helped. It is just disappointing to get home to find broken tacos, and sometimes the mess of a taco coming unwrapped and spilling out over everything else. Thanks.
