I eat this place alot due to it being close to home This place has a very rude disrespectful and non caring of customers employee by the name of Kiah she rushed me at the drive thru as I tried to order my food then heard me on the drive thru box enough to put it on the screen no lettuce the as I pull up to the window to pay she took my money and tossed my changed at me dropping most of it on the ground didn't say sorry or cared just closed the window then opened it to hand me my food I thought but tossed it to me I arrived home to find LETTUCE on my wife's food my wife's has allergies to lettuce so for her not to have the care no matter what to make sure it wasn't on there it was rude I came back and got her on video being rude once again with me because I wanted my food fixed also she called the cops instead of being understanding please fire this un thoughtful person who has no idea about customer relationsKIAH J

Went here late and the staff was incredibly condescending and rude after a misunderstanding with the drive-thru. Not to mention they had the restaurant shut down during their normal hours because the staff is too lazy, I guess. Go to the one down the street, this location is horrible.

I placed an order for pickup for a time of 5pm even confirmed through screenshot that it was 5pm pickup. I get a text that my order is ready at 2pm. This was a problem because the event was at 5pm, so I tried calling the store with no answer. I then called customer service for them to refund the tacos and tell me to reorder again. I place the order at 4:30 for a pick up time of 5pm AGAIN. My event coordinator gets the tacos and received complete attitude from a female worker (for what I’m still trying to figure out since it was their fault they didn’t pay attention to the pickup time) only for them to hand her tacos that have been sitting god knows where since 2pm and can confirm this by the time stamp on the box. The tacos were ice cold. The food safety in this situation was horrendous & customer service highly lacking. I truly hope nobody gets sick from these tacos your workers negligently handed out. I will be reporting this incident to the health department. It has also been reported to your customer service line.

Second time going to this Taco Bell to give them another chance, after last time giving me the wrong order. Not a great decision! I went there and ordered a Crunchwrap box and I asked for no tomatoes! I got back to work to eat it. First bite I took had tomatoes so I opened it up and grabbed a spoon and as I was scooping them out, I find a black piece of hair connected to one of them!! My hair is dirty blonde with light brown. Disgusting ? I threw it away and lost my appetite.

i waited in that drive threw for about 10 seconds for my crunch wrap, and buddy it had me in tears ive never enjoyed a crunch wrap so much i had to call the dude who made it and thanked him

Large Forest

They put no meat in anything anymore, folded burritos where it’s all tortilla. And gave me no chips hardly for nachos. What a joke and scam this company has become. Lettuce tacos with a tiny meat garnish anyone? Like we are stupid and don’t know when we are getting ripped off. To make matters worse the prices have become ridiculous! I can eat at fuzzies ,teds or tamaraharas for what this slop costs now. Went way down in quality and started scamming people only to double their prices? Never again will I eat a a Taco Bell, I was hoping this one would be better then the last one I ate at two years ago. Then boycotted then over exact same issue.. Taco Bell I gave you another chance only to be just as disappointed. Used to eat here 2-3 times a week,. Now 3 in last two years and I WILL NOT BE BACK TO ANY TACO BELL AS LONG AS THEY SERVE ONLY LETTUCE TACOS for 15 bucks!

I got a soft taco with no more than a teaspoon of meat. Normally it's like a dime sized tube across the bottom. This time is was 90% lettuce and two chunks of beef in the WHOLE taco. I've never had an issue where a taco had almost no meat. That's my lunch. I didn't want a lettuce taco.

How is it that every single time I come here they forget something from the order. Usually it’s something small like a drink or a burrito, but this time it was my whole meal. I told myself last time I shouldn’t go back but decided to against my better judgement, and here I am disappointed again. Don’t waste your time.

I stopped here but did not eat here.I decided to go to another location which technically was a mistake...a location soooo lazy they can't even replenish their Pepsi Zero Sugar but breakfast was good nonetheless
