POV you are stranded in the wilderness eating bugs and tree bark for months... Your rescuers have Taco Bueno from this location when they save you... You ask them to leave you there because they are obviously not of sound mind... Seriously the worst Bueno I've ever had (been eating Bueno since I was a child I love this chain)... Close this location and give it a face lift or move it... Its beyond damaging for the brand... I hate HATE Taco Bell but they will be getting my business until something drastic happens with this location...

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order. This location was my first job, so it holds a special place in my heart, and I've always appreciated the quality of the food. Plus, having managed at a few Taco Buenos, I know the standards that should be upheld. However, my recent experience was far below those standards. I ordered a big freaking quesadilla, and it was incredibly disappointing. There was barely any cheese, and to my surprise, there was literally no chicken in it. This is unacceptable, especially considering my past connection with the restaurant and my understanding of food preparation standards. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take steps to ensure that such mistakes do not happen again especially on a Friday night at 6 PM. Mix your beans better . . . We’re way too dark how long left in your bean kettle?? Also discard your Jalapeño Ranch it’s bad . . . .

Girl in the drive through rude as hell!!! Now when someone match her energy she wanna get mad. I know it’s not the best job and your life is miserable but not a way to treat customers! Should be fired!

That was truly the worst food I've ever paid for. It looked nothing like the pictures, and all of the items barely had any food in them. The party burrito is nothing but the canned beans we get at the store and a Tortilla and there were barely any beans anyways. You know food is bad when my garbage disposal of a son refuses to eat a single thing. We tried just about one of everything and not a single menu item was good. Service was also very slow.

Tortilla chips were rock hard and difficult to eat. Tacos and burritos were very small with few, bland toppings. The only thing I liked was the cups of beans and rice. I had taco bueno years ago in Texas and I don't remember it tasting blah, and we only stopped here because it was on the way home, but taco casa is my preferred Mexican drive thru restaurant!

What happened to greeting a person when they walk in not just sit there and look at them for 15 minutes like they’re nobody
Wish I would’ve seen the reviews first. This place is garbage, do not spend your money here. Half my order was missing, and the half I did get was incorrect and disgusting.

Showed up at the drive thru at 10:39pm and they said they were closed. Also when we pulled up he asked us what we wanted and then when we ordered he said that they were closed! Will not be going back there! You clearly close at 11pm and not 10:39 pm.
