The employees here during the late lunch hours are unpleasant, dirty, and downright unfriendly. No greetings, rude tones, no thank you's, no you're welcomes. Doesn't matter if you go inside or drive-thru, same treatment. The restaurant is dirty, with no customers there, the bathroom is freaking disgusting. Their portion size on their tacos and burritos are LAUGHABLE. Taco shells with only half of it filled,mostly shell. Burritos with barely a tablespoon of beans in it, its ALL tortilla. I even went inside with a Redemption code number for a free taco for doing their survey, they still didnt care, and were unpleasant as ever, even knowing that I am sending in a survey on them. This place was absolutely disgusting. There was one other person setting at a table when we arrived. Not a clean table to be seen. Condiment bar was very dirty with dried food everywhere. Place appeared to not have been swept in days. The girl at the counter was clearly not into doing her job well and was rude and abrupt. The food was very poorly prepared and sent out on a tray that didn’t appear to have been washed anytime recently. Will not be returning to this place anytime soon. Very dissatisfied

Whatever happened to hospitality I just left that place in the Drive-Thru and the person was very rude so I asked are you having a bad day and they replied are you having a bad day and then I had another lady step in and I asked what their name was and she said I don't have to give that to you I told him I was calling corporate and she reply back okay I've never had an experience like that at a restaurant ignore at any business very young professional no customer service they were very rude and I will not be going back on top of that they made my food wrong

Idk why this one was different... I used to drive 40 minutes to Shawnee Taco Bueno just for the cheesecake chimmichangas, I love them. Well, I was in Norman and went to Taco Bueno just because I wanted some cheesecake chimmichangas. They were old, dry and cold. And about $2 a piece for a two bite dessert. Not at all worth it. And to think, those things were the sole reason why we went there to eat. Never again...

I do not understand why the service is so inconsistent. Pulled up at 7:45pm to get my food I pre ordered lobby was lock not a huge issue but my work truck is a pain to get through there drive through. Didn’t get picture of my platter also but it was a skimpy on the portions but these tacos for almost $4.00 a pop is ridiculous. I love there food but not enough to drive all the way to Moore for better food and service
Too many chances given to this location to be met with utter disappointment. A microcosm for a once great chain and quality establishment.

Normally this place is quite clean, but maybe a herd of highschool kids came through or maybe a swarm of locusts? Or maybe the shift before is leaving it for the next shift? Either way, it won't deter me from coming back. Bad day I guess.

They must have sold me a days old plate. Ordered the beef platter and you couldn't even bite through the taco shell or rice. Whole plate was a mess. This is sad.

The worst place to eat in Norman it stinks roaches everywhere. The bathrooms are never clean. I could never imagine eating any food there. I’m a DoorDash and they still take 30 to 45 minutes for a tiny order garbage team members and managers. This company clearly does not care about any of their stores or like their corporation whatsoever.
