The worst place to eat in Norman it stinks roaches everywhere. The bathrooms are never clean. I could never imagine eating any food there. I’m a DoorDash and they still take 30 to 45 minutes for a tiny order garbage team members and managers. This company clearly does not care about any of their stores or like their corporation whatsoever.

i tried to go through the drive thru at 10:45 then no one answered i waited a few minutes still nothing, so i drove to the window and looked at hours. says you are open so i drove back through, waited again still no answer. this is so annoying and frustrating.

When getting the Wholotta box I received small cups of salsa and not the large cup they always put in the box. The cheese was less than half full. All the bean burritos and bean cups were burnt. So I called the store asking for a manager. The employee who answered said she was too busy and he may not be a manager but he knows the manager procedures. The man tried to argue with me about the beans being burnt and told me the large cup of queso is never full yet I have never had it be less than full. He did a lot of back and forth speaking to the manager who was too busy to take the call when I then find out their supposed night crew turned the beans up too high and burnt them. That does not show the food is made fresh as well as they know they are burnt yet still sell them wasting people’s money. I was offered a partial remake of my meal but honestly I rather get a refund. I have loved bueno for a long as I can remember and this is by far the worst quality meal I have ever gotten along with poor service in correcting the problem they knowingly created. I will never eat at or recommend this location again.

POV you are stranded in the wilderness eating bugs and tree bark for months... Your rescuers have Taco Bueno from this location when they save you... You ask them to leave you there because they are obviously not of sound mind... Seriously the worst Bueno I've ever had (been eating Bueno since I was a child I love this chain)... Close this location and give it a face lift or move it... Its beyond damaging for the brand... I hate HATE Taco Bell but they will be getting my business until something drastic happens with this location...

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order. This location was my first job, so it holds a special place in my heart, and I've always appreciated the quality of the food. Plus, having managed at a few Taco Buenos, I know the standards that should be upheld. However, my recent experience was far below those standards. I ordered a big freaking quesadilla, and it was incredibly disappointing. There was barely any cheese, and to my surprise, there was literally no chicken in it. This is unacceptable, especially considering my past connection with the restaurant and my understanding of food preparation standards. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take steps to ensure that such mistakes do not happen again especially on a Friday night at 6 PM. Mix your beans better . . . We’re way too dark how long left in your bean kettle?? Also discard your Jalapeño Ranch it’s bad . . . .
