I ordered a taco salad extra meat. The salad where was the lettuce. I would have gotten move if I would have asked for everything on the side and put it together by my self. And there was no extra meat. Unless u cound my taco that I had to put in it to even get meat. This place has gotten bad. I guess when u bring back a old manger that has quiet and came back several times. And her husband that stole money from the store lol. But ok.

Slow service, salsa is fermenting in the vat, pico de Gallo is made with green tomatoes. I don't mind the slowness but please work on the food!2024 edit: great service and salsa bar looks sanitary now, but need to work on the menu items offered and the prices are off the chain.

This place has literally never gotten anything 100% but tonight takes the cake. No beef in a Mexican restaurant? Telling customers it'll be 15 minutes and after 45 minutes still nothing is available. The fact that you guys have zero concerns or cares to fix any of the issues in your stores will be your downfall. In that amount of time we could have gone multiple places gotten food and gotten home. We're not being paid to wait but you are being paid to keep us waiting. And none of this makes sense to me

If I could give a 0 star, I would. The first time I went was good with a nice older lady running the counter. But today I was met with a differ older lady with dark hair who was immediately rude when I asked a question about the menu. Then get home and see that this is what they gave me. I will not be going back and was debating on returning to the place to get my money back.

This Taco Bueno branch has made us enjoy Taco Bueno again! We used to really like eating there then it went down hill but recently we have had great service and food. When we visited today they had it all decorated for Christmas with items from their own homes ❤️. Just wanted to say thank you for their efforts in making a fast food restaurant worth going to!
