Update, we ordered fajitas today, speedy service. Lot of condiments.
Hand made tortillas, hot plate food. you can sub the regular rice and beans with other sides. We ordered Mexican taco and beef enchilada. There are plenty left over for the next meal. Personally, i don't like the taco four and the chicken is dry. Despite what i ordered today, I will go back and try other foods.

Last night we sat at the bar at Ted’s Café Escondido and Sierra absolutely ran that place like it was a Navy operation. Her badge said “Trainer,” and believe me — she is not playing around. That bar was moving with precision. Drinks? Never empty. Chips and salsa? Refilled before we even realized they were low. The woman moves with PURPOSE.
It was like watching hospitality in Olympic form — efficient, friendly, and somehow still completely calm while running the whole show.
We both had the Chicken Monterrey and Pink Skies (highly recommend both 👏), and everything was delicious — but honestly, Sierra is what made the night. If you can snag a seat at her bar, do it. You won’t just get dinner… you’ll get an experience.
Give that woman a promotion and a cape.

The food was above average, I highly recommend the deserts! They have a great team of servers and the place is very well ran. The manager even stopped by and checked on us twice and let us try a few extra items off the menu since it was our first visit there. It surely won't be the last.

The green sauce tasted like pure dill pickle and no tomatillo flavor what so ever and the enchilada Tortillas were like rubber from a week ago

We've been to two separate locations of Ted's and both have been spectacular. Once for lunch and once for dinner and both times we were seated immediately, had great service, and the food is amazing! The portions are huge and definitely worth the price. Our favorite tex mex place in OKC!

First time trying Ted’s on Valentine’s Day and I got the enchilada with a side of nachos and they gave me tortilla shells with droplets of meat on top 🤣 food was pretty basic, my favorite thing was probably the jalapeño ranch.
