About dish hung lay curry is one of the most iconic dishes of northern Thailand, and arguably one of the tastiest! Pork belly and pork are slowly stewed in a whole bunch of herbs and spices. The result is tender fatty pieces of pork that have been entirely permeated by the rich and aromatic sauce. It is dish to impress, and though it takes time, most of the process is hand-off. This dish came to Thailand via Myanmar, which in turn has a lot of Indian influences on their cuisine. Ingredient litter pieces of pork stew and pork, tamarind, peanut, onion chop, potato, ginger, and garlic served with rice (sticky rice add dollar 2.50).

One of my favorite places to go in Norman. They are so knowledgeable about menu items. If you’re gluten free and/or vegan this is your place to go!! They have so many new options and they’re all so delicious!

Their Pad Woon Sen is one of my favorite things ever ❤️ the wonton soup is also very wonderful. The staff is friendly and I’ve never really had to wait for a seat, but I’ve also never been when they’ve been busy. The birds by the front can be a bit loud lol

My wife and I recently got back from a week long trip in Thailand and it does not beat the food at Thai Delight. The staff is so friendly and you must try the Massaman Curry. Enough for two helpings!
