Exceptional Service & Great Eats at The Brown Bag! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My wife and I recently visited The Brown Bag, and I cannot recommend this place enough. While the food was fantastic, the service was truly on another level—if I could give it 1,000 stars, I would!
The Highlight: Above & Beyond Service A huge thank you to Alysha, who was our server. I accidentally ordered my tacos with bacon (totally my fault!), and since we don't eat bacon, I went back to the counter to pay for a new order. Alysha noticed what happened and immediately stepped in. She insisted on comping the second order and replaced my tacos for free. It’s rare to find a business that cares more about the customer experience than a few extra dollars.
Everything we ordered was delicious. If you're visiting, here are our top recommendations: • The Burger: Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. • The Poppers: The perfect kick to start the meal. • The Tacos: Even without the bacon, these were a 10/10!
The Vibe The location is great and has a welcoming, local feel that makes you want to stay a while. Between the high-quality food and the incredible staff like Alysha, we will definitely be regulars here.

Nice place for a quick bite, Clean, quick. The Boomer Burger & Onion Rings are pretty pretty good. We loved the Chicken Tenders. They won't allow you to substitute the slaw, but my wife likes it. Overall, good experience.

Hard to find really good Onion rings, and the tacos, and excellent burgers, and the tenders are fantastic. Anytime we (work) have guests from out of town they nearly always get taken to Brown Bag.

I ordered the Diner and my friend had the chilli cheese burger and we shared a order of onion rings. The Diner burger did not disappoint, the grilled onions, cheese, pickles and patty reminded me of an old fashioned onion burger. My friend enjoyed the chili cheeseburger. The only complaint was it may have had just a little too much chili, but come on, is that such a bad thing? I would have liked to have a few more onion rings in the order, they were super yummy and handmade. Next time I'll get my own order.

My husband got The Diner burger and fries. He said the burger was plain and flavorless, a little seasoning would go a long way. The fries were cold, so we threw them in the air fryer, added salt and pepper and they came alive. The pepper poppers were delicious. All in all, it wasn't horrible for the price but it could've been so much better!!
