The worst and expensive buffet. Foods are stale and musty. I recently went winstar, it was phenomenal and cheap. Don’t recommend anyone at all.

The Riverwind Casino Christmas buffet in Norman was awful this year! The prime rib was dry as a bone! The peel and eat shrimp was soft and mushy…hardly anything on the salad bar, only ham, dried prime rib and a baked fish for the entrées…. The rest of the buffet was just potatoes, rice and vegetables. And, the website said they would be open from 11 to 5 but when we got there, they didn’t open until 2:00 pm. Perhaps they have a new chef, but I’ll never go back again for their Christmas buffet….price was $60 for two people.

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!AS a disabled Veteran I am appalled this management is allowed in this country.I was thrown out with security called as my husband paid while I was at the buffet…saying I was rude and did not pay.Courtney the manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever encountered.I was humiliated and embarrassed.Never returning to this casino again.

Food is often not hot. Need better variety of vegetables. Mainly meat and fried vegetables! Lately the soups have been terrible. Servers are wonderful and work hard. We have 2 favorite servers Andre and Jesse. Brother and sister and they work hard. They know most of the people and what they want to drink without asking. Very impressive! People need to remember that servers and wait staff in the USA don't make a living wage so please tip for good service. They deserve it. Husband usually has dessert and ice cream is always too soft & bread pudding too done. I eat a lemon bar or oatmeal cookie once in a while. Hard to be a vegetarian at the buffet.

The place was clean last time I visited. It was during the week; not crowded at all. There were not as many food choices as on a Saturday evening, but it was still good. Saturday evenings are very crowded when I’ve been there on Saturdays. The line to get in is usually very long. Not long during the week at all. But there are less food options.
Vegetarian options: There are enough options from salads to steamed vegetables. I haven’t seen enough vegetarian proteins.

This was my first time to eat at buffet at Riverwind. The food was all dried out and cold. We went around 8:30 and half the food trays were empty. There was not one item that seemed fresh and the desserts were frozen out of a box. I couldn't believe we spent that much money and I couldn't eat anything because it was so dry and tasteless. I will never eat there again.
