This is the fourth time I go to surf bar and no one is there. After my morning practice (at 7:30) I’ve gone and no one is there to take my order and there are no cars there. I find this very unprofessional since the opening time is 7. I really think this issue should be fixed knowing this has happened multiple times. Very disappointed in surf bar.

I would always highly recommend this location, the employees have always been so graceful, loving, appreciative for the past years.
However, I went through the drive thru, excited as I usually am for some surf bar.
From the beginning at the intercom, up until the physical encounter was a very negative, unprofessional, immature Young girl, she told me her name was Aries, not sure if that was her true name, Her tone was rude, her responses where short and irritable, gave me a face smile and quickly changed her face straight all while speaking with me. Very disrespectful and I drove off due to the very unprofessional exchange of mannerisms!!!
She is not a great or good fit for your location.
My family and friends will have to hold off on surf bar until something changes in that environment.

I love love love Surf Bar. My family and I go all the time and I always have a great experience. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was my last visit. I got a message about 10% off for students this week only so I went to take advantage of the discount, but when I got there the staff was unaware of the deal and didn’t really know what to do after I showed them the message I received. The interaction was just overall very awkward and I felt weird/disappointed as I left. It wasn’t that big of a deal and I still got my dinner, which was just as great as it normally is, but I do think for the future staff should at least aware of what current deals are put on through the business.

Really great place! Every bowl I’ve gotten has tasted really fresh and the crew there always makes it look amazing! Good decor and well worth the trip. There are many options and if you want to substitute something they’re really good about customization. 12/10 stars

The beach bowls, pina punch smoothie, and islander smoothie were all really good. It’s a little pricey but the fruit and ingredients are fresh. The restaurant was clean and the workers were nice. We ordered on the app and it was ready within 5 minutes.
Cute and fun environment! The staff is nice and the smoothies are yummy! The best darn thing ever is also good!

I would give this place no stars if google would of let me. I have been dying to try this place since it opened. I am so disappointed. Every drink they have is made with coconut milk. I am highly allergic to coconut. Thanks a lot smh

Upon walking in the first words out of my kids mouths were “It smells clean in here!” Excellent start. The açaí bowls were fantastic and fresh! We came in at 6 pm on 7/23. The biggest highlight of the visit..ALL STAFF WERE EXCELLENT!!! It is SO rare finding good waitstaff anymore. Very impressed with surf bar! 5 ⭐️
