The Philly in a bowl is so delicious! Love this place and they have the coolest floors ?

Hot, delicious cheesesteak! Just the right amount of spice. Quick and friendly service. Great meal!Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids including gelato.

The misogyny is real here. As a long-time, regular customer, I likely won't be coming back. A car accident outside the restaurant and an employee brings out free water to the man who caused the accident, but nothing for the lady whose car was hit in the accident. Misogynistic businesses get no more of my business. The food isn't that great, anyway.

Been talking about/actively attempting to try this place since the day I moved to Norman (over 3 years now). Their hours are so inconsistent and incorrect that I have genuinely labored over the multiple attempts to eat their even once. Today when I went to eat mid-afternoon, I learned from a couple homeless-looking people loitering outside that they are still operating on COVID closure hours despite the information posted online and won’t be open again until dinner.

Enjoyed Tino's, one of the best Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches west of Philly. Had the Bada-Bing Philly Cheese Steak and it was delicious. Looking forward to returning soon.

An amazing place with a great atmosphere and even better food. The owner and staff are amazing, she even came up to our table twice just having a conversation treating us like family. Everything we had was delicious!

My husband was very excited to show me this place, and we finally found time and decided to eat here on our v-day date night. We were already strapped for cash, so we had pulled up the menu online, which later we found out was just an old screenshot of their menu, which had the pasta listed as $10. So I ordered my pasta when we got there, and a sandwich for my husband, and we dropped $30 not including drinks or anything. Never in my life would I pay $15 for a bowl of Mac and cheese ever again. I wasn't a fan of the meat at all, and I couldn't pick it out of the Mac, so ultimately I spent $15 for a bowl of pasta that I didn't even like, and I went home hungry and prepared a box of kraft Mac and cheese that was better..

Got the philly and fries with a soda and loved it. Service was fast. Meal was 22 bucks after tip. Plate size was BIG. Ill be back.

I ordered the pasta and the Food tasted old and reheated after being frozen for weeks. I've had much better TV dinners

My partner and I wanted to go somewhere we had never been in Norman, so we stopped into Tino's! Great Philly cheesesteak! My partner is a vegetarian but wasn't very interested in the edgy veg (?), so she went with a classic Philly, no meat. While some establishments might literally just remove the meat, the staff at Tino's made sure to fill up the sandwich so as to make it worth the price point. Super accommodating! We both have worked in restaurants for a decade and frequently try new spots... this was by far the CLEANEST restaurant we've been to in years!

Great sandwich but way overpriced. You can taste the quality and flavor of the meat right away. End up paying $25 for a sub and a drink to be hungry again just a couple hours later.

These subs where very tasty, season just right. The girl that took our order was very friendly and as we walked out the owner asked how everything was... it was VERY GOOD I told her

I've only tried one thing on the menu, but it was worth a 5-star review: secret menu Philly cheesesteak pretzel bowl. The pretzel pieces were crisp and buttery on the outside and soft on the inside - be sure to get the white whiz and spicy mustard!

These are hands down the best cheese steaks in Norman, it's truly not even close. The owner is from the Philly area, so the hoagies, water ice, and pretzels are all reminiscent of home. Not to mention, ownership is super nice and the music is always on point. Miss this place

This used to be our favorite date spot. The Philly white mac and cheese was so good, this place was a 10-star in our heart! I was always handing out recommendations when people would ask for local spots or new things to try. ...until they got to be super inconsistent. After several good experiences, they started having to cook the macaroni when we got there - no big deal, but it was always a 45 minute wait for our meal even with no one in the building. The people have always been so nice, they would keep us updated and even offer a free appetizer once in awhile for our wait! The past few times; though, it has been hit or miss whether they were making certain things every time. I understand supply chain issues, but "we're not doing that today" made it really hard to justify the drive we were making all the way from Midtown OKC for Philly mac n cheese! Tino's was one of our very first dates and our favorite monthly hit for a long time, and we will miss it so much, but unfortunately after our 4th time being greeted with missing menu items and no explanation, we won't be back. :(
