Been trying to get a job through them over a month now. No communication whatsoever, called atleast 2-3 times a week and got sent to voicemail everytime or “they are going to give word and see what’s going on”. If you need a job I advise you look else where and you can’t go straight through the restaurants no more because they complained how we should go through them. Ridiculous basically feel like they’re discriminating now.
Great company to work for.
Was excited about a job on indeed at my local casino here in Duncan. i applied and got hired. the manager was late to our interview but i still took the job then he said hr would reach out by 5 that same day. i waited two days before i called them. then i had to fill out alot and i mean alot of paperwork for a simple shift manager position. this process took two weeks wow..then i had to meet with there training manager. they wanted to train me for one month for something i could learn in a couple days after all the training manager has to do something...so unorganized. just a bad place. i worked one shift and was out of there. i do not recommend this place
They let Manager sleep with employees and let Manager take tips from employees they are not all about family they only care about they own family don't work for this company
On July 4, 2022, I chose to eat at Chip N Ales, Riverwind Casino. Me and another customer waited at the front desk for approximately 15 minutes for anyone to even say, we'll be right with you. We asked 3 other people passing us to help us and their response was, "I don't work the counter." Finally, your employee Cheyenne came and asked us to take our order. The lady was there to pick-up only. She said, how cold her food must be after all this time just sitting. He handed it to her, no apologies, absolutely nothing and turned to me. I asked him if he realized that we had been standing there for over 15 minutes and he said and I quote, "You can always go somewhere else and eat." I said, listen young man, I chose to spend my money here how dare you tell me to go somewhere else and eat. Are you the owner? Please call the Manager. He said no, I'm the Manager. I said, then you should know better. You don't talk to customers that way. He changed his demeanor and asked, how can I help you today. As I began to order, another person came up, Ashley Smith and asked Cheyenne if everything was ok? I said NO everything is NOT OK but I have spoken to the Manager (Cheyenne) and we"re getting thru it. Ashley proceeded to say the exact same words, You can always eat somewhere else if you're not happy. I said, what a stupid thing to say to a customer after having us wait over 15 minutes for help. Now there's two of you and you're still not helping. I don't need your help now. She reached over Cheyenne and voided the transaction and told me she was refusing me service. I said, that's fine because I will handle this another way. EVERYBODY has someone in Management above them. Neither one of you are management material or have customer service skills. I told her, I'm not letting ANYONE mistreat me where I spend my money! I went to security, I had him call Riverwind Management and she proceeded to get a statement from me as to the incident. Her first words were, let me guess, Ashley? I told her I have witnessed Ashley talk "not nice" to 2 other customers on other days. I thought she was the owner. How do you turn away money for a company that stays open because people CHOOSE to spend their money at their business. We're retired and eat at Chip N Ales twice a week! She apologized profusely and asked me to stay and eat. I said no thank you, not today. This is so unsettling to me. Cheyenne and Ashley have the same response to an unhappy customer. "Go eat somewhere else if you don't like it." I would like this comment passed on to the Owner, Marchs Tilley. I feel strongly that he deserves to know what is going on at the Riverwind Chip N Ales. Terrible customer service from his Management! The front desk is not being manned or even watched for paying customers just trying to place and order or pick up food already ordered. The time spent waiting on food is counter-productive for the Casino. But I waited that long just to place an order and was treated horribly when it was finally my turn and I voiced dis-satisfaction on the horrible customer service. I am 70 years old and I value my time at my Casino of choice and where I spend my money! I will take Manager Ashley's advice and eat elsewhere. I can also gamble elsewhere.
