I usually enjoy this place, the food, the smoothies. The cookies are great! But this time around my order was made wrong; I'm vegetarian and ordered the Cali flatbread without protein, unfortunately it came with chicken and I didn't realize until I'd already taken a bite đ„Č I gave it to someone else and had to find something else for dinner.
I'll probably order again, more cautiously next time.. I just needed to get this out there! 'Preciate the workers, I used to work fast food so I understand that it happens.

Went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich. I was told it was going to be $15 and I thought it was a little pricey. After I paid with cash they gave me the receipt and it was the wrong order. The employees realized the mistake and just looked at each other behind the window. The girl with shorter black hair told me she would not give me a refund because her boss âwould kill herâ and she told me I could just take the other persons order or order something else. I didnât want to wait for something I didnât want so I left with mine and someone elseâs order.

Placed my order at one pm for a two thirty five pick up time. When I showed up the food was cold and the smoothies had frothed and foamed from sitting. When I asked the reasoning for placing an order for a specific time frame if the time would be ignored and no one answered. 10 employees just staring at me like I was dumb.

Ordered two veggie hummusâs, both had no avocado or hummus. My partner ate his because he was on a 30 minute lunch and we did not have enough time to go back. I went back to get mine replaced and they remade it. It had the hardest chunk of avocado on it and the hummus was spread so thin you couldnât even taste it. The lettuce was wilted. Overall a sad meal with a lack of genuine customer service.
First time going there. Service was fine, not friendly but not rude. I ordered a pineapple, banana and mango smoothie. It is soooo sour. I added a sugar free sweetener when I got home and it was fine.

Not very friendly. I came in on 10/27/24 around 4:00 P.M. and the staff seems to be in a shitty mood. Like how do you expect people to come back? I am pretty sure this will be my last time I ever come back. Just rude ass people that isnât very friendly. Not one time did I even get a damn smile. They seem to be friendly with each other but not with customers.

I ordered at the drive through and waited 10 minutes for one smoothie. I go inside to try to get my smoothie and there is not a single order up but three employees sitting doing nothing. This is ridiculous how can three employees forget about the only order going on at that time.
