Placed my order at one pm for a two thirty five pick up time. When I showed up the food was cold and the smoothies had frothed and foamed from sitting. When I asked the reasoning for placing an order for a specific time frame if the time would be ignored and no one answered. 10 employees just staring at me like I was dumb.

Ordered two veggie hummus’s, both had no avocado or hummus. My partner ate his because he was on a 30 minute lunch and we did not have enough time to go back. I went back to get mine replaced and they remade it. It had the hardest chunk of avocado on it and the hummus was spread so thin you couldn’t even taste it. The lettuce was wilted. Overall a sad meal with a lack of genuine customer service.

Not very friendly. I came in on 10/27/24 around 4:00 P.M. and the staff seems to be in a shitty mood. Like how do you expect people to come back? I am pretty sure this will be my last time I ever come back. Just rude ass people that isn’t very friendly. Not one time did I even get a damn smile. They seem to be friendly with each other but not with customers.

I ordered at the drive through and waited 10 minutes for one smoothie. I go inside to try to get my smoothie and there is not a single order up but three employees sitting doing nothing. This is ridiculous how can three employees forget about the only order going on at that time.

So I just went in to the tropical smoothie on 12th and alameda and Gerant (I think that’s how you spell it) was very rude, unwelcoming and short. If she is going to have a nasty attitude like that she needs to cook or something not in the front dealing with customers!!

Thought I would try something healthy and ended up here. Was surprised at all the options they had. Started with a smoothie. Also ordered a Thai wrap, a very green salad, and a acai bowl. Everything was amazing. Friendly staff and nice dining environment. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of everything I ordered.
Parking: Parking lot is small in front but plenty of more parking in the back.
