My husband went by there today and the lady came on the intercom and said there were only two workers and being very rude.. saying they just got three online orders so if we wanted to order then it would be a 20 minute wait. My husband proceeded to say he wanted to order and she said, “are you sure?” Which was very rude. He don’t get food just a smoothie due to the service we had. Terrible customer service.

Showed up around 8:50PM for a couple fruit bowls and sat at the window until 9PM at which point one of the workers poked her head out to say “ Oh sorry, we JUST closed” That light inside turned off the INSTANT the clock hit 9PM. They had turned online orders off well before that as well. Which was the whole reason I showed up in the drive thru closer to closing time. I know they saw me sitting out there waiting on them. But they were too worried about being all cleaned up and ready to leave at exactly 9 instead of closing at 9 and THEN cleaning up to close for the night like they’re supposed to…

I usually enjoy this place, the food, the smoothies. The cookies are great! But this time around my order was made wrong; I'm vegetarian and ordered the Cali flatbread without protein, unfortunately it came with chicken and I didn't realize until I'd already taken a bite 🥲 I gave it to someone else and had to find something else for dinner.
I'll probably order again, more cautiously next time.. I just needed to get this out there! 'Preciate the workers, I used to work fast food so I understand that it happens.

Went through the drive through and ordered a sandwich. I was told it was going to be $15 and I thought it was a little pricey. After I paid with cash they gave me the receipt and it was the wrong order. The employees realized the mistake and just looked at each other behind the window. The girl with shorter black hair told me she would not give me a refund because her boss “would kill her” and she told me I could just take the other persons order or order something else. I didn’t want to wait for something I didn’t want so I left with mine and someone else’s order.

Placed my order at one pm for a two thirty five pick up time. When I showed up the food was cold and the smoothies had frothed and foamed from sitting. When I asked the reasoning for placing an order for a specific time frame if the time would be ignored and no one answered. 10 employees just staring at me like I was dumb.

the guy taking the order made me freaking LAUGH... he was being so funny and he laughed at my friend when she said Lil limeberry bc its FUNNY. This man is the greatest he will be the human that singlehandedly FIXES customer service 🫰🏻 also there was this funny tree with a face outside

Ordered two veggie hummus’s, both had no avocado or hummus. My partner ate his because he was on a 30 minute lunch and we did not have enough time to go back. I went back to get mine replaced and they remade it. It had the hardest chunk of avocado on it and the hummus was spread so thin you couldn’t even taste it. The lettuce was wilted. Overall a sad meal with a lack of genuine customer service.

First time going there. Service was fine, not friendly but not rude. I ordered a pineapple, banana and mango smoothie. It is soooo sour. I added a sugar free sweetener when I got home and it was fine.
