I have visited this location twice in less than a month. My first visit, my usual order. 1 big awesome chocolate double blended. The store smelled like old fruit. I stepped in to wash my hands. And when, I came back they had my order ready. I took 1 sip, and handed it back. It had chunks of banana and ice. They remade it correctly. I left thinking, maybe it was just an off day for me. I went back today, the smell was gone. But it looked as though they hadn't cleaned some of their blender lids in a while. We ordered 3 Big awesome chocolates add peanut butter to 1, all double blended. When they were handed to us. I explained they were supposed to be 24oz. And she stated, they only come in small. If this were true, why am I able to order 24oz at all other locations and at this location on my first visit? Or why not mention it when taking the order? If they don't understand an order or how to up - size why not ask for help.....I'm just saying, today will be my last visit to this location.

Melissa C took the rest of my change and never returned to the window I sat there for 5 minutes and nobody came to the window she knew what she did and I know it wasn’t much money but that’s unacceptable

Great smoothies...just don't bother trying to make change. Example...I was charged 15.41 for something and gave the cashier 20.41. Logic states to give me back a 5 dollar bill...I got back 4 singles and a handful of change adding up to a dollar...what?? Lol it has happened a lot of times now, so much so that doing it there has become a game between my fiance and I lol. But great smoothies!

Below average. Ordered the Thai chicken salad, received a Thai chicken wrap. No dressing, had to go back and get dressing for wrap. Also ordered a salad with the sweet potato side, sweet potatoes not fully cooked. No dressing with salad, had to go and ask for some. First two drinks ordered were not diet. In all, returned to counter 4 times to get the dressings, and the right drinks. Employees totally nonchalant.....won't be back.
I like this place "not because my friend works here" but because of the smoothies and how they make them. They do a good job everytime

My first job was at a TroSmo back in Virginia about 10 years ago, and it tastes just as I remember they have the BEST smoothies, just wish they were a tad cheaper ? then I'd buy them more often

The staff was super helpful, incredibly kind, and maintained that amazing energy while enduring a rush of people for flip flop free smoothie day.Their smoothies are fantastic. The boosts or add-ins like immunity, fat burner, multivitamins, B12, and vitamin C are great adds to an already fantastic meal in a cup.Sometimes, I'll actually pair my smoothie with one of their wraps or sandwiches, along with the baked chips.My go-to smoothies are as follows:Açai Berry Boost, Bahama Mama, Pomegranate Plunge, Paradise Point, Triple Berry Oat, and a few others.I love their simple turkey and cheddar wrap, which is actually listed as an item from the kid's menu.My son prefers the Quesadilla and grilled cheese.There are a ton of different entrees to choose from. Whether you prefer sandwiches, salads, or quesadillas... they've got you covered.The only sweet items, aside from the many types of smoothies, are the cookies; chocolate chip, and snicker doodle. Both cookies are very tasty, but they are the only options.

I like their hummus veggie wrap and the Bahama mama smoothie. It comes with chips and a kale salad which I always get. The hummus veggie wrap is delicious and it calms my fam down on any day. We're not the easiest fam on there but it's been good. I like the place, the cafe is one of my favorite one I've ever visited. The smoothies and the veggie wrap are really available and they're just my type! THANK YOU ALL.
