Wanted to say thank you to todays staff for making the best buffalo chicken wrap I’ve ever had from Tropical smoothie. It truly made my day!
I love this TS! The staff is my favorite part but the food is always amazing and fresh!!
On Saturday 3/27/21@ 3:12. I ordered a drink to pick up. when I get there they had closed the lobby. I called to ask if someone could bring it out or if I had to wait in a line that was wrapped around the building. I was told to wait in line. I then asked that my money be refunded. I was told that she could not refund my money only the GM could and she would not be in until Monday then hung up on me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE not at all.
