Twice now I’ve gone to get a smoothie when I’m sick because it’s the only thing that sounded tolerable. Both times they’ve now made it wrong. I had a family member try it incase my tastebuds were just really off, but they could also tell. The smoothie I ordered each time has no banana in it (I cannot stand banana) and they put it in both times. When you’re already struggling to eat anything, it’s really hard to just ignore an ingredient that already turns your stomach, especially when it’s overpowering everything else. The other location in Norman has always been great , I guess I’ll just have to make the extra journey to go there if I want a smoothie. Be careful if you have any allergens, this mess up could be a major situation if this wasn’t just a taste preference.

Smoothies are out of this world and are made with the freshest of ingredients. I used to make my own smoothies, but not anymore not since Tropical Smoothie arrived! ?

I absolutely love the Orang Dream with Whey Protein and All-American Wrap! I make sure to have them at least three times a week. The orange flavor is phenomenal, and I'm not even a fan of orange juice. It's just different in the best way possible - you have to try it! As for the All-American Wrap, I always go for the bacon option. It’s my go-to on the All-American which includes bacon, egg, and cheese on a tortilla wrap - it's perfectly proportioned and really satisfying. Oh, and don't forget to keep your receipt and do the survey because on your next visit, you can grab your Smoothie for just $1.99. Trust me, it's totally worth it!

Spent 30$ on 3 regular sized smoothies and 1 mini smoothie. Pretty pricey. Then the smoothies were sub-par. Had to return one for a remake because it was awful. They quickly remade without any hassle.

Drinks are hit or miss here. Our last round was so nasty and full of ice chunks I don’t plan to go back to this location again. Not as much as they charge for them. On a good note, they are usually pretty efficient with getting their online orders out.

And I have to say, I have never, in the over 2000 restaurants, I've walked into, have ever been treated with 6 STAR SERVICE!!! 5 was the only thing I was able to select. From the friendly welcome when I walked in. To the order process, which included product knowledge of all the items on the menu. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! The professionalism and customer service were above and beyond my experiences in the food service industry!
