‼️BEWARE‼️ ordered a bahama mama bowl on NOV 22. They gave me a bowl that said use EOD NOV 3rd. All they did for me was give me a refund. I used to be a regular here and i got served THREE week old expired food???? I got so sick from this. I ate most of it wondering why it had an odd taste before seeing the date on the lid.. will not be returning here ever again.

Unfortunately our drive through experience was quite poor. We sat for roughly 15 minutes waiting for our food, while the servers just stood around talking. Not very polite either. Unfortunate since we love coming here but may avoid this location in the future.

Poorly managed location that blatantly prioritizes drive-thru metrics over customer satisfaction. we waited over 30 minutes for a quesadilla and sandwich at this location on a relatively slow afternoon, with more than 6 employees behind the counter. The staff were rude, and unapologetic, and lied to us about the actual wait for our food several times, including when ordering. This is by far the worst tropical smoothie location you could choose to go to, especially if you choose to go inside.

Yesterday, I made a mistake on my online order and ordered the wrong smoothie. This messed up another person's order as well. The woman at the front was understanding and solved both issues with genorisity even though the fault was my own. Because of her great attitude, I will come back here more often.

The whole team was amazing! We felt so welcome, they had stickers for the kiddos, helped us pick the best stuff on the menu and were overall so nice that I had to leave a review. 10/10 will come back again. Madeline and Precious were an amazing team.

If you asked for no added sugar in your smoothie there's a 30% chance you got a 100g Turbo Diabetes pump.
If you paid for extra sauce there's a 90% chance you didn't get it.
Good food though and friendly staff.

The food is good but every time I order a cheese quesadilla they overcharge me, the listed menu price is $4.29, I do not add chicken, they charge me $6.49 before tax making my total $7.06 after tax. I'm fine if they want to increase the prices because everything is more expensive now but at least change the pricing on the menu before charging $2 more for a meal.
We stopped by this location tonight so my son could get a BACON, egg and cheese BURRITO. They gave it to us and we left. We were a mile down the road and my son thought it was weird that they charged more than he usually pays. He looked at his order and they gave him a sausage, egg, and cheese quesadilla. We drove back and told the drive through and the first person was pleasant and told us they’d correct it. We got to the window and the other short haired blond girl asked to see it. We showed it to her and she left her hand out waiting for me to give it to her. I handed it over and waited for our new order. When she came to the window she didn’t offer the difference in our order. When I asked she acted surprised that I would want the difference back. But it shouldn’t be surprising especially when she took back food we had already touched and our order cost less than what we were charged.
The part that made me angry is that after I asked for the difference in money, she rolled her eyes, closed the window and spoke to her co-worker in a manner that demonstrated she thought it was ridiculous that we were even asking. I addressed her attitude with her saying I didn’t appreciate her attitude after THEY were the ones who made mistake. The she continued to argue with me about her attitude.
Honestly, they could have just given us the original order for our wasted time of having to return for the correct order. At the very least, she should have known to refund me the difference between what we ordered and what we received and done it without giving me a crappy attitude. At the very, very least she should have been apologetic but she never even apologized once.
Oh! And it gets better! We left the second time thinking my son would at least have his BACON, egg, and cheese BURRITO only to drive down the road again and realize they gave us a SAUSAGE, egg and cheese burrito.
I don’t know how hard it is to: *make a single bacon, egg, and cheese burrito *to correct THEIR mistake *know they should at least offer me a a refund for the difference in what we ordered and what we were charged *to apologize to the customer
but the staff tonight demonstrated that it must be really, really difficult.
I hope the management addresses these issues because the service tonight was subpar and a very bad look for Tropical Smoothie Cafe. We definitely won’t be back.

So I went to get me a jetty punch smoothie which was $7.49 after taxes I end up getting a soupy jetty punch smoothie I don't know what's up with this side of town but everything that I ordered over there from the restaurants was extra soupy today

Twice now I’ve gone to get a smoothie when I’m sick because it’s the only thing that sounded tolerable. Both times they’ve now made it wrong. I had a family member try it incase my tastebuds were just really off, but they could also tell. The smoothie I ordered each time has no banana in it (I cannot stand banana) and they put it in both times. When you’re already struggling to eat anything, it’s really hard to just ignore an ingredient that already turns your stomach, especially when it’s overpowering everything else. The other location in Norman has always been great , I guess I’ll just have to make the extra journey to go there if I want a smoothie. Be careful if you have any allergens, this mess up could be a major situation if this wasn’t just a taste preference.
