Management’s decision to blatantly penalize me for using a card rather than cash cost you two stars. Build your cost of doing business into the menu price. It’s easy.
Psychology says when people spend cash, they will spend less vs. a card. Unless you’re pocketing the cash to evade taxes, up your prices 3.5% and knock this nonsense out.

Victoria’s is a staple of Norman, OK. In the restaurant world where a table of 2 can easily spend $100 if you have a drink or 2, Victoria’s is still finding a way to serve excellent food with excellent yet unpretentious service at a very reasonable price. Try the lasagna rolls and the cracked pepper pasta!
