Not actual *cook infront of you* hibachi as the name suggests, but the food is cheap, and good quality.

I went into volcano to order dinner I sat the sushi bar close to cash register.
I was acknowledged by a host, but It took a really long time for them to acknowledge again and give me a menu.
They did not look overly busy as they had around 10 employees all standing around the sushi bar.
I was asked if I want anything to drink.
But after that, Ghost mode no more service after 20 minutes I left.

Go somewhere else ! Not worth walking in hungry and waiting for them to care enough to serve you

The sushi and hibachi are always good. Reasonably priced. Servers and cooks are pretty easy going and they care about their work therefore you get a better quality of service. Atmosphere is okay. Wish the place was a little bigger but its big enough to get the job done.
