the chips were nothing special. they had 1.50 tacos and 2 for 1 margaritas for Taco Tuesday. but their tacos didn’t have much flavor. we tried four different proteins. and all of them didn’t quite hit the mark. i had also asked for some tabasco to remedy this but instead, i was given a house sauce, which i didn’t end up using because it was far too spicy (if you like spice i’m sure it would’ve been great) and i was charged for the sauce. which i think is a little crazy....
Better get there early for lunch, they have regular crowd that fills the small restaurant. Food, service, portion size, and daily lunch specials all great, the salsa great, but chips a little hard.
Definitely a great choice for value mexican food. Just add yourself as a regular and go a different day to enjoy daily specials!
