I came in a few nights ago and I had a horrible experience it took forever for are server kenni to take are orders and to mention there was barely anyone in the restaurant, are food took forever to be brought to are table not a very good Waffle House experience and are server was too busy texting on her phone I feel we were treated with such disrespect and I mentioned to her nicely how it was disrespectful when her job is to serve us not to text her friends maybe it was a family emergency or something like that but her whole tone she took with us and her demeanor was just trashy we will not be back.

I ate here lastnight the food was decent but my server kenni was very disrespectful she didn’t bring me my refill and was very distracted by her friend standing outside I had to flag down another server to get my drink refilled and to mention the store looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months

I love waffles house always have, but I feel like they need to have anyone touching the food they need to be wearing gloves. We were there and the main cook was wearing gloves but the older woman with the black hairnet was not as she reached in to touch the bacon the sausage and then grab eggs. I am not a germaphobic but that is not sanitary. This is just an FYI to wear gloves to anyone helping in the cooking area. Love you guys always 100%%
