11/22/25< came back on lunch this day due to the day before being adequate and Pleasant but on this day everything was superb the order process, the cash process, the delivery window, customer service excellent and it was the best sandwich I have ever had from Wendy's hence why I brought it up to 2 stars it will not go up further until I know that this excellent restaurant no longer has a bad seed. 11/21/25>came through drive-thru on this day with superb customer service, excellent food, rapid service and at window introduced self of being the review writer and was given an apology from the manager that was working at that time and found out that an employee that's very cheerful and competent is leaving due to the manager initially written about still employed there an still in management position. >I am a property manager that resides nearby, I just finished a 10 hour shift and desperately needed some fresh air and a Wendys salad, I walked the 6 mins to the restaurant at 10pm because nowhere did it say that the restaurant hours closed at any other time but 1:00 a.m. the doors to the restaurant were locked I walked up to the speaker at drive-thru was ignored at the doors was ignored at the windows was ignored at the speaker and when I finally got up to the pickup window the the nasty unkempt manager I'm assuming, told me that I had to walk back to my residence to get my car because it's a safety issue and I cannot be served! Nowhere on the website or online does it say that restaurant closes at any other time at 1:00 a.m. so I was nice and I walked back to my car and I drove through the drive-thru, when she took my order I asked if the picture on the menu was the salad that I was ordering and she very rudely stated she doesn't know what picture is on the menu! She was rude, snide, and laughed about turning me away to the other employees. The chicken on my salad was all Gristle and chewy and the lettuce was wilted the salad dressings were warm and I never got a receipt. I manage a business where one star Google review will ruin 10 /5 Star Google reviews, my property currently stands at 12 five stars, just this month alone! This woman has nothing but horrible reviews yet you still have her on your staff shame on you! I will be contacting Wendys corporate with a request for a full refund I want an apology from her. I will make it my mission that she recieves an honest review.....every single day. My reviews just reached the 3.5 million mark. For her to run down disabled employees to swear in front of employees and customers and to serve this food that way and to turn someone away and close the restaurant early is absurd and disgraceful, this town is overrun with hard-working people that don't have homes that desperately need a job and this woman should not even be near food or the public. The public is speaking up against this on a weekly basis with no response and no resolution their protests are falling on deaf ears, so I am turning up the volume.

The lobby was closed at 9pm when the sign on the doors stayed that it closes at 10pm. I called the store and asked why is the lobby closed 1 hr before it was to be and they hung up the phone e and would not answer the phone again.

This is my final time going here... the past three times I have went here I received bad attitude and the wrong order or incomplete.. this time they forgot my sauces and had the nerve to try and charge me for them just despicable

They had made a mistake and forget a piece of my order I let them know and without any hesitation they automatically fixed it and since we had to come back they nicely remade my whole order for us having to come back very appreciating !

Having seen the post about Ethan and him having autism and also having autistic children of my own, I find Heather's behavior very appalling and I won't be supporting a place that allows someone like her to continue working for them and to be treating people like this, the way she does. I even seen a post about her past behavior of putting hands on someone else and she hasn't been fired just because of her boyfriend working as a manager and him letting this behavior continue.

I recently saw a post shared on the Noble community page about a very upsetting situation at the Wendy’s on Classen Blvd. According to the post, a manager named Heather was reportedly heard cussing at and verbally mistreating an autistic employee named Ethan. The customer who witnessed it said the young drive-thru worker was kind and respectful but clearly uncomfortable with what was happening.
this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Every employee deserves to be treated with kindness and respect, especially those with disabilities. I truly hope Wendy’s management looks into this situation and ensures that all employees are treated fairly and supported.

Manager Heather bullies and verbally abuses employees and talks to the public about the disabilities of her employees. Heather needs to be removed and reported.

Have to wait 20 to 30 minutes every time I come in. Also if you door dash they won't make the food till you get there which messes up our money and gonna wait another 30 minutes while cars in the drive through enter and leave in 3 minutes

Elderly overweight lady at the drive through needs hearing aids and an attitude adjustment. Gave us the wrong size Frosties after we clearly said mediums. We had to spend 15 minutes at the drive through window trying to get our 2 meals and 3 Frosties. After the horrible attitude, no straw or spoons for the Frosties. When we confronted her about the wrong size Frosties, she simple said that she heard smalls. Extremely rude with no professional attitude. Absolutely Unacceptable. I’ve gotten better service with a friendlier attitude from teenagers. Lady needs a serious enlightenment on her performance.

I ordered one singular chicken sandwich. They didn’t give me the spicy one that I ordered they lady was rude they added literally nothing to it and they didn’t give me a receipt, also when I got to the drive through speaker I got a “order whenever” and that was just great to. Thanks y’all. Oh not to mention the other worker just staring at me through the window from the corner, and when they had me pull into the mobile order spot the third worker that finally brought out my singular sandwich threw the bag and grunted and walked away. Yeah. Oh yeah also when I called they answered and then no one spoke and then they hung up.
