We ordered online and didn't receive all of the items on our order. AJ, the assistant manager went above and beyond to make things right and we are immensely grateful for his help. AJ would make a superb general manager, his customer service skills are on point and he is actively increasing the value of the Whataburger brand.

Asked for no onions you put them on anyways. You asked if I wanted ketchup it’s printed on the receipt yet no ketchup in the bag. Also no napkins in the bag? Common curtesy when a customer buys a bag of food you give them a couple napkins. Thank you for doing a return I’ll try a different burger spot.

Paid 30 dollars for 2 burger meal, even went a second time to try something else both times the Whole burger was soggy and way over sauced had more sauce the burger, won’t be going back. Paid extra for bacon only got one small strip very disappointed

Manager and staff are top notch. They're really good people. The food is always consistently well made. Burgers, chicken, fries, shakes, it's all good. I've even seen them cleaning the sidewalks and parking lot!

It's always a treat to get one of those delicious and fresh Whataburgers. And, once again, AJ, Alfreda and the staff did not disappoint with the freshest fries around. This is by far the best burger in Norman. Great job 👏 👍

My boyfriend and I came up here to receive a free meal from corporate due to very poor service the previous weekend. We basically reorder what we had and the lady at the register misheard my boyfriend saying he had two breakfast burgers with a drink and no combo, my own meal was fine and actually made for dine in and not to go this time, grease definitely could've been changed though....the hashbrown sticks were edible but they were made in old grease. We finally get our food and my boyfriend didn't get his two breakfast burgers, he only got one and she rang it up as a combo because he got hashbrown sticks when he didn't even want the combo in the first place. He tells the person who brings our food out that he's missing a breakfast burger and apparently she went to go get it but after a 20 minute wait with no extra burger we left and definitely will not be returning.

This is the closest Whataburger to the OU campus, so it stays pretty busy. But service is still pretty fast. I always order through the app prior to arriving, and pick up in the online order express lane. Food is.always hot, fresh, and accurate. The building and parking lot are in prestine condition. I have been inside the store a few times, and it is always very clean. Employees are some of the nicest in the business.

I came to the Whataburger off of Classen after a long serving shift and ordered a chocolate shake with my meal. The chocolate in the shake machine wasn’t working correctly, so Kyan gave me a free brownie and a Dr Pepper instead. She was so professional and sweet about the entire thing it made my night!!
