i went in today to order food and i stood there for a second but then this girl that was cooking came to help me and another person she helped the other person but since i wanted to place a order she said the cashier would attend me shortly and so i waited but it had been 5 minutes so the poor girl that was cooking had to stop what she was doing to take my order and it had been 10 minutes until the cashier came in it was an African American girl and as soon as she walked through that door she sat down and sat on her phone so the other lady doing ranch in the back had to come bag my order , i’ve been at this location many times and it’s the same thing with that girl she’s sitting on her phone not helping her crew it’s ridiculous and so unprofessional what kind of management allows that??? on top of that my friend and her son come often as well but stopped and started going to the classen location because she’s very rude and disrespectful she should not be employed with that laziness and rudeness!!

Very small dirty place. Bathroom doors don't lock. Soda machine at awkward position. No trash cans. Tables are always full and dirty. Mild wings had no sauce had to get some after the fact.

Wingstop Norman accepted our order then just canceled it after an hour after we waited for our food. Maybe if they didn’t want to give us the food then they shouldn’t have accepted the order.

This was my very first time going to a Wingstop. My Fiancé claims it is her favorite fast food restaurant so we had to give it a shot! When we came in, we were greeted with a great “Hello!” and quickly learned that Sarah was a huge part of her team. Sarah handled the lunch rush like a champ, and made sure all customers were understood there would be a wait time, but in an assuring way that they would work as quickly as possible to get all orders out. I was pleased with no only how great the food was, but the atmosphere in the building!

So slow!!! I thought this would be a one time thing, no!!! It's so consistent. I have waited for 45 minutes for a simple small order, and people leave all the time without orders or ordering because they have been taking so long!! I honestly don't understand how this happens, I get being busy but so are other restaurants and they keep up and isn't as consistent.

I go to this location often. It always slaps. The chicken is always hot and super crispy. The food always is ready whenever it says it will be. They have never forgotten anything or messed anything up. So good

This used to be my favorite wingstop location a year ago. Over the last year, it's only gone downhill. Last time I ordered was a few months ago, and I got food poisoning from under cooked wings. I assumed it was an honest mistake and moved on with my life. Ordered online tonight for a late night meal after work just to find a light blonde hair in my wings. I have long green hair and no pets. This is gross. Multiple times I've received little to no sauce, or missing dips/sides. I'm really disappointed in this location and will only be ordering from the classen location now. I'm surprised the health department or corporate hasn't done anything about this.

I ordered food from yall through door dash, im currently recovering from food poisoning from my wings. (Something I’ve never had before). I really looked forward to this meal and even shared a little bit with my 1 year old. She luckily is okay but I ate a lot more than her! I haven’t had a solid meal in 2 days! Yall need to cook your chicken correctly! Looking through it seems to be a common issue so we will no longer be coming back and I advise others to look at other places for wings! If you eat anything, I think the fry’s are okay (without all the extra seasoning they put on because she ate those too).

To the dummies who work on Mondays at 8:40 PM: Uber Eats drivers don’t get paid by the hour like you do. When you don’t tell them there’s a wait time and you’re giggling and having a good time instead of making the orders it’s extremely frustrating. Y’all suck and I could make food faster blindfolded and no hands while giggling and yapping.

The service was absolutely terrible, all sodas were out and they refused to fix them. We paid for drinks yet weren’t able to get sodas. The building was VERY dirty. The front register kid was texting the entire time instead of fixing the sodas. When asked again they said not right now .

Took 45 minutes to get our order! There were only 3 other tables seated when we came in. Customers that came in after us got served their food before us and it took me going up TWICE to get our order! So NOT recommend!
