Our food was ready and hot and our order was correct and the gentleman at the counter was truly that a gentleman he handed the food to the man in my party to carry, as a lady should not have to carry! Thank you fine sir!

I had stopped coming to this Wingstop, food wasn’t great and pick up orders were rarely correct. Decided I didn’t want to drive across town so I gave them another shot. Pickup was quick, order was accurate, people were friendly, and the wings are excellent! Atmosphere inside still leaves something to be desired - cramped and just meh - but my order was pickup so no issues. I’ll try again in a few weeks and hoping it’s just as good next time.

Ordered 5 different meal configurations and the Wingstop didn’t place any fries in the bag. Very inconvenient. Also, I contacted the store and the manager gave the impression he didn’t give a damn. I wish Wingstop.com didn’t force me to order from this location due to proximity because they suck. They’ve sucked since they’ve opened and I am the fool for keep giving them my money.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waited 40 minutes for an order that was never entered. Sat in your store for 25 minutes after telling them the name of my order and rather than immediately figure out what and where and get it started they just wandered around in the kitchen. Wasn't busy at all. Disappointed for the last time with yall.

Every time I come to this wingstop they are so rude specifically Casey. We came in an hour before they closed and got told me we couldn’t place a walk in order only online and they had no orders at all had to go to the other one across town. I always have this issue when I come here where they talk very loudly about how they’re trying to close and people keep coming in and blah blah blah. So I can’t order 30 minutes before and I can’t order an hour before ok

About a year ago, I stopped coming to this Wingstop even though it’s close and pretty new because it was dirty and the service was terrible. But tonight I gave it a try again, and I was surprised. The place was clean when I walked in, my order was ready on time, and the staff were friendly. One of the guys, Tyler or Taylor helped with my order and even started a conversation that lifted my mood. Also the wings were cooked right!

Horrible customer service with extremely rude staff working the back. I ordered with an original hour wait. When I showed up I was told it would be another 45 minutes. When I requested a refund and to cancel the order, the guy with the dreads lost his mind. All they do is make excuses on why they can't efficiently make chicken wings.

My biggest complaint is when you order online and it tells you the time to arrive. If you do that go ahead and add 20-30 minutes to that or else you'll be just sitting there waiting. You would think they would offer drinks to people while they wait. Tonight my wings sat waiting for other parts of my meal so they got soggy. My fries were also overcooked. This place needs to get it together.

Updating, thought I would give them another shot. Still garbage service and it takes forever. The staff doesn't care either. It's a take it or leave it attitude.
