I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut in Nowata again! I placed my order online... I called to make sure our credit was applied and was put on hold for the manager. 32 minutes later I am in the store with my phone in hand and said “how long will I be left on hold”? The manager just looked at me and said... I didn’t know you were on hold! Never once did he apologize, ask why I called, nothing!
