Every visit has been better than the previous. All tables were full and I love to see that, especially on a Friday night. Service was impeccable and food was top notch. Worth every penny, the drive, and looking forward to making it a regular in our restaurant rotation! Okemah is lucky to have you!

I give it five stars for an excellent dining experience. Today’s lunch was great and Adam was our outstanding waiter. Brisket awesome. Fries fresh and hot. Beans are to die for. The burnt ends are by far the best entre. I found the chicken fried ribeye overrated, however. Do not recommend it, but everything else was great. We will be back!

The Founder offers an excellent dining experience with fantastic food and excellent service. The BBQ is beyond excellent. The brisket is awesome, the fries are fresh and hot, and the beans are to die for. The burnt ends are by far the best entre. The chicken fried ribeye is overrated, however. The Grand Champion meal is more than enough for two people. The staff is attentive, pleasant, friendly, and personable. The bartender is very knowledgeable and helpful with choosing drinks. Highly recommend this place.
