Lady was friendly, price was good, but cookies (chocolate chocolate chip , chocolate chip, and snickerdoodle) were all terrible! My sister and I actually threw them away. The dough was not good and the snickerdoodles tasted like cloves? Or a strong spice added to the cinnamon and sugar. :(

So good. Kind of pricey but hey you get what you pay for! Excellent details.

First time ordering custom cookies from this company. I will admit their customer service was impeccable from the time I placed the order over the phone to the follow up call to confirm a few details and the date I was scheduled to pick up the order their customer service was very top tier.

I placed an order for baby shower cookies on 09.20.24 and pick update was 09.28.24. The event was on 09.29.24. They were able to squeeze me in but weren't able to do any intricate designs which I understood since it was a week from pickup date. The cookies were tasty and the simple designs of flowers on a few cookies were ok as well. All the guest thought the cookies were cute, soft and tasty.

I rate this company a 4.5 STAR only because I somewhat expected them to be individually wrapped. Towards the end of event we still had quite a few and we were scrounging to find baggies or containers to place them in. I should've asked when I placed the order but didn't. I'm not even sure if this is an option but if it isn't I think it would be great to offer.
I've placed orders with other companies that had their cookies shrink wrapped which was perfect. It allowed guest to store their cookies away without having to eat them immediately.

They do custom orders and sell frozen dough to bake at home! Yummy!

Have bought birthday cookie cakes ever since they opened. Made a special trip there to order one. I was told they no longer make them. Still pictured on Google. Decorated sugar cookies taste good but are CRAZY overpriced. Other varieties aren’t that great. Dry and overpriced

I had a lovely experience here! They did a rush order for a friend’s bachelorette party, and the cookies exceeded our expectations. They were tasty, allergy friendly and SO stinking cute! Definitely would use them again.

I ordered several dozen cookies for a bridal shower. When I got them home I realized the date was wrong on the cookies I had the wedding date put on. Totally my fault! I dodnt realize the wrong date was on the receipt. I called the afternoon before the shower and they said just bring them up here and we will see what we can do. They were able to scrape off the wrong number and put on the correct number in just a few minutes and you could not even tell! The service I got to correct my mistake was unbelievable!! Oh and the cookies looked and tasted amazing!!

We were there on Wednesday before Easter but were disappointed. No cookies decorated for Easter. Were told they would have them on Friday. We bought some regular cookies and they were Ok. I would rate them a 7 out of 10. Disappointing because the website shows all different kinds of decorated cookies. I realize that the pictures are seasonal but you would think with Easter so close, they would have some eggs, bunnies, etc. decorated.

I had a gift card to spend and have previously only tried their frosted sugar cookies at an event. I picked out a box of their chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin, and double chocolate.The staff was very polite, even when I asked them to check the balance of my gift card before I ordered. When the staff member I asked did not know how to check the balance, the manager/owner/senior member she asked to show her was polite and informative in training her. I hate when managers/trainers are rude to their staff in front of customers so was glad that didn't happen here.These cookies are VERY crunchy. So if that's not your preference, be aware. I prefer softer/chewier cookies. But the flavor of these were good.Them being crunchy also means that their shelf life is really only a day or two if stored in the box from the store. Maybe storing in an airtight container would have made a difference in how long it lasts? But for sure I wouldn't get them too far in advance for an eventIf I go back (there are other cookie places closer to me that I would probably go to more), I would ask if there are other flavors on the softer side, or just buy cookie dough to bake to my own preference.
